If you are in that part of DR I highly reccomend the 27 falls. It’s an awesome hike, breathtaking scenery, cliff jumping, and slides! I had a blast. My guide Gavi was the best. The facility provides life jackets and helmets for a safe experience

You can take a cab and yes, there is a fee to enter which includes all equipment to jump the falls!

I think you will be fine but I am not sure what time the last tour is but it’s later then the time you arrive! Have fun!
