At the top of the mountain they have a replica statue of what is located in Brazil. The staff are very lovely at the top of the mountain and they tell you the best places t have pictures with the statue!

Cool place, don't be afraid to bargain with them on price. A lot of history and beautiful flowers. Be carful what you buy. The people are friendly and willing to help you.

Had a cable car ride to the top, brilliant day out. There are a load of gardens and attractions at the top, nice bar and the journey up is great.

well when your in the dominican you got to see the sights, this one wont dissapoint , it is a long way up 2500 meters and it will make your ears go pop

If you do nothing else you must do this trip on the cable car to the top. Fantastic views over Pueto Plata.

The views from the top are breath taking. The gardens are nice, just make sure that you are fit to walk up and down the long pathe through the gardens.

I have been to the top by cable car, the views are fabulous. This time went to the top by motorcycle, the road is very steep but truly there are wonderful views of plant life. The view from the top as always beautiful.

You will find both taxi's and excursions available. The cable car can also take you to the top of the mountain.....very cool!

This was part of the tour also. We paid 50.00 per person for the tour. It was wonderul. I will do this city tour again thats how much we enjoyed it.
