The views were amazing. Once on top, there is a garden to take a stroll. It very photogenic up there and there are shops to buy souvenirs. The Christ on top was amazing. Took pictures holding his hand.

Ascend a heavily forested mountain by cable car to the open arms of The Redeemer, spectacular views and a nicely maintained botanical garden.

We drove to the top rather than take the "gondola" Virtually no other visitors in the morning We were lucky, only a few clouds obstructed the views Garden is nice but it lacks name tags for the plants, which the garden seeks to highlight, unfortunate! Path and trails are clean, mostly easy to walk We spent a couple of hours,... More

Worth the trip up. Beautiful gardens, views and great pina coladas in the restaurant! The tour guides were wonderful, friendly and fun.

Great place for site seeing, good for family. You can see half of the town, you can there by Teleferico or you can drive there and enjoy the view of the mountains on the way up. Either way is a great experience

Once you arrive at the top, the area is like a rain forest. Some areas are very slippery. Lots of fauna to see.

We got here via the Telesferico and what an amazing ride that was. We were given the story of this marvelous statue and were greeted by the staff who took the most incredible pictures of me and my husband.

If you are scared of heights then this is a scary experience on the cable car going up and down but worth it for the views alone. At the top take your own pictures as the guys in the blue t-shirts only do it for you to get you in their shops and def cheaper places in Puerto Plata.
