Tbh one of the coldest relaxing body of water there is in the DR, now my recommendations. Tourists.. you ask for the price of food first before buying and got to ask them to cook a new fish or whatever yall buying. With that being said you can bring your own food your own drinks your own music everything because this is owned by the state so there’s no pay to go in no nothing it’s just there for us to enjoy! Tbh I’ve drove 1hr twice this week just to swim there it’s so relaxing. Now if you don’t know how to swim or flote I don’t recommend you to go to the deep side, it may look like it’s not deep but trust me it’s deep. Also wear shoes or sandals in my opinion it feels better. Go enjoy!

Great family trip.....Drove 2 hours from hour home and enjoyed the scenic view..Fun day of food, lovely swimming pond with the sun cascading of the water....actually very beautiful. They serve food, but we rolled Dominican Style and brought our own home cooked meal.

This is a natural free attraction. It is recommended to bring shoes to enter the waters, there are tiny rocks and sand. The water is deeper away from the main road. The water is really clean and cold, so relaxing.

We orded 2 fishs. The fish was already a few days (too) old, not enough cooked. Rice was at least one day old (reheated) and the asked a lot of money for that.
We refused to eat it and we refused to pay the whole bill (1000 instead of 1520 pesos).
They didn't agreed and the atmosphere became grim. At the end we had to pay everthing because we didn't feel save at all!
So tourists, don't visit this one, they 'll scam you up !!!
