Used them for airport transfer from PUJ to Hyatt Zilara. Top notch communication. Drivers were friendly and early. Prices were the best around. I researched pretty much all of the transportation companies and 100% would recommend and would choose them again.

Prompt and easy to talk with over Watts app. I will be referring to others that book their own trips and manage without a travel agent booking for them. Honestly it is probably cheaper this way. Thanks to our driver ... hope he enjoyed his little "extra tip" due to having to cart us around on Christmas.

This is the way to travel in Punta Cana! We booked the upgrade, private car to travel from the airport to our resort. 25 minute ride. Received great communication via text messages from the time of booking until we met our driver at the airport (same great communication via text messages on the return trip). Car was stocked with beers and waters and sodas. Drivers were friendly, punctual, and professional. The nicest part was knowing that our car was waiting for us and we didn’t have to share a shuttle with anyone else. Would recommend and would use again.

Used this company for a private transfer to and from the hotel/airport. Our driver Was waiting for us with a sign upon arrival, took our bags and got us loaded up. Offered us cold water and off we went to the hotel. To return back to the airport our driver was early and very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend this company as there was excellent communication before our arrival as well as on the trip.

Communication was good before the cars picked us up both ways - via WhatsApp. First driver was nice but very poor English, our return driver was very friendly with good English and willing to converse the entire drive. Felt the prices are step BUT it is inline or slightly beats other services. There seems to be some agreement with taxis that Uber can't beat them out so prices are generally elevated overall.
