Had an amazing day with Serenity Tours. Got to swim with the sea turtles as the gathered around a pier. Saw a wide array of sea life on our second stop at a great beach. Learned a bit of history about Curaçao from our outstanding guide, Maya. Janet was a fantastic driver and got us around the island on time and in safety. Tasty lunch with plenty of water and other beverages to keep us hydrated. Will be back!!

Timo was our tour guide and did a great job. Shete Boka national Park is a must-see. We had a great time and would highly recommend this tour.

We booked a round-trip transfer from the airport to the hotel weeks before our arrival in Curacao. Email confirmation was prompt. Communications were clear. We were picked up at the airport as scheduled. Same with the transfer from the hotel to the airport. Drivers were professional and drove safely. Vehicles were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this company.

Saturday 9th April and we booked a private taxi transfer from Curaçao Airport to our accommodation, Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort.
We booked the transfer in the UK through Holiday Extras, from memory it was about £35. We thought the additional expense was worth it after a long flight.
As we exited the Arrivals Hall our driver was there waiting for us, we our name displayed, as per the information provided with the booking confirmation.
We set of on the 11 kilometre journey to our Hotel Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort.
Our driver introduced himself to us, his named was Etienne. He pointed our places and points of interest as we drove along.
We pulled into a hotel, our cases unloaded, we were greeted by the hotel staff and were heading towards reception when we realised we were in the wrong hotel, we were in the Lion's Dive Resort.
Luckily Etienne had not left, but had loaded two passengers to take back to the airport. He was so apologetic, we saw the funny side that was easily rectified.
We were soon loaded back in the taxi, with the other two passengers and we were on our way to the correct hotel, which was back in the direction of the airport.
We assumed that once we had been drooped at our hotel, the next pick-up was at the other hotel. Perhaps Etienne thought drop and pick-up from same hotel.
It was a smooth transfer, with a minor hiccup, in a comfortable 8 seater vehicle with a friendly helpful driver.

Swam with sea turtles and had an amazing tour of the island including a bagged lunch at a fantastic beach. Would have liked more time with the turtles as they only allowed 30 minutes. The area was packed with other tours as well. We had a little more than an hour to swim at the beach and eat lunch. Very few flamingos in the distance but of course that is not their fault. Lunch consisted of a chicken wrap and an apple along with a choice of beverage. A snack (pringles) was provided along with bottled water. Bottled water was provided throughout the trip. The guides were wonderful and informative!

We got a tour of Curacao, swam with turtles and had lunch on a beautiful beach. Timo, our guide, was amazing. He knew SO much about everything we saw and did and was so fun and funny and informative! It is obvious he loves where he lives... Made us all fall in love with the island!

We took a bus from the cruise terminal with the guide to the other end of the island one way was about an hour we stopped along the way and saw the above ground coral and really interesting areas and then we swim with the turtles the guide was extremely informative learned a lot and I would highly recommend this tour

Timo was very knowledgeable and did not hold back on offering his opinions. He kept the tour moving and on strict schedule which I always appreciate. Joel's driving was great even with difficult parking at the beach that required backing the bus out a long ways! Snorkeling with turtles was amazing, as a very inexperienced snorkeler I was quite nervous but it felt very safe.

Did an excursion off Holland America Cruise and spent 6 hours with Timo and Joel seeing the sights of Curacao and swimming with the turtles. Great tour, narration and lots of interesting information along the way.

We paid for a transfer from a carnival cruise ship to Santa Barbara Resort and the directions were that the transfer would depart from the pick up area 45 minutes after the boat docked. The transfer left 10 minutes after the boat docked and left abut 6 people. We had to pay 50 dollars each to get to the resort. We called and spoke with serenity and they wanted to argue and did not refund our money. The lady on the phone Kelie argued with my husband for 10 minutes. The emergency phone the gave on the pass didn’t even work, it was disconnected. It was an awful expensive experience. The resort was nice.

I'm very sorry that I cannot answer this for you. We did a transfer from a cruise dock. The cost for transport is zone-based if I remember correctly.
