We went to Klein Curacao and had an amazing day! The bbq lunch was delicious. They provided mosquito repellant which was needed during breakfast and lunch. Many people got sea sick and they were well prepared with sick bags. Friendly staff and a very nice yacht. The island is remote and fun to explore. We had a great time jumping into the super clear water! The snorkel safari was fun and we saw our first sea turtles here, unforgettable. The rum punch on the way back was delicious.
Not everything was corona proof, like filling up the small dingy to get from the yacht to the island. I recommend they announce this in advance and require people to wear facemasks when the required distance cannot be kept, like they did on the bus pick up.

Thank you for your review, as of last week we have also introduced wearing facemasks at the different points where we come together, including the dinghy. Guests that forgot a facemask can get one at our office / on board.

My wife and I are in Curacao for two months. We are from Canada and are escaping the coldest part of winter. We went on the Miss Ann tour to Klein Curacao today and it is 10's across the board!!!
The whole crew is just fantastic. So hard-working, acommodating, professional and the absolute Masters of customer service! Captain John and his crew do it all, from a friendly greeting when you arrive at the boat, to boarding you safely and quickly, to answering all questions and explaining the days activities. Then, they make you a tasty breakfast and a smoking BBQ lunch
( Oh Those Ribs ), take you on a snorkeling tour and then offer rum punch on the cruise back. All with a smile!
This is The Best Company of the three who offer this tour. Total value for your money.

We made the best choice with
Miss Ann for our full day adventure to Klein Curacao. Although it was an early morning start we were greeted by the ultra enthusiastic and informative Casper, the friendly host. Although rocky at times, the super yacht, Serendipity, was expertly captained through the waves, to get us to Klein Curacao quicker than the other boat cruises. All hands on deck as the full crew served us a delicious breakfast and BBQ lunch. In the afternoon the crew expertly guided us on a snorkel safari. Captain John free dove to entice large schools of fish to swim amongst us. The day ended with a rum punch happy hour with the company of the crew. We loved our day at Klein Curacao. Thank you to Miss Ann boat tours and crew.

Booked the Saturday VIP yacht and it was not as advertised. Booked through Klein Curacao and they said it would include (among other things) breakfast, frozen cocktails and smoothies, and have various juices and mix for the well spirits (rum, vodka, etc). None of which were available or included in the price (for example they wanted to charge 10 usd for the smoothies). It did have a delicious lunch and it was a nice beach, however the value for dollar was not there. The boat was run down and the facilities on the island are far less luxurious than advertised. We knew it was an uninhabited island and facilities weren’t going to be 5 star resort like, but it had very dirty and smelly washrooms and more than a few pieces of broken glass in the area where the loungers were located.
We also had to be bussed in and out of the area due to a golf tournament, and while that isn’t a deal breaker, it did add a lot of extra time both pre and post departure, especially when the bus was full and we had to wait quite a bit for the next one. I understand they had to make alternative arrangements, but it was poorly communicated and resulted in delays we didn’t factor in.
Klein curacao itself is beautiful and as stated, the beach and water was lovely, but for 1000 naf for 4 people, it was excessively expensive for the experience. I did message the owner/manager to let them know, but never heard back.
All in all, definitely do not recommend Miss Ann Boats or its partner, Klein Curacao trips.
Staff on the boat were nice and lunch was good, that’s why I gave 2 stars.

We took the tour with Miss Ann through Guia Brasileiro in Curaçao to Klein Island and it was a horrible experience, I don't recommend these companies to anyone. First, we chose the biggest and best boat option (and most expensive) for the trip, thinking about safety and comfort (believe me when they say the sea is rough), we were informed 1 week before our trip that the boat had broken down and the The option we had without having to pay extra was the smallest Caribbean boat, I found it very regrettable that it was not easy for us to take a boat at the same level or at least better than the one we went on, considering that we had already given an advance payment for the reservation . On the day of the trip, the journey couldn't have been worse, the sea was extremely rough, 5 people including me felt sick and vomited on the boat, something that really happens as the journey is a nightmare, but what we didn't expect is a boat that rocks so much with a lot of people getting wet, the benches moving out of place and the captain almost knocking us into the water, making extremely steep turns, making us literally fall on top of other people. There were elderly people and children who got scared and injured on the way, things from the boat falling on us, just terrible! The only positive point is the staff, with the exception of the captain, who were attentive. But, if you don't want to go through trouble, I recommend that you look for other options.

Hi Gabriely, our apologies again for this experience. Once every 5 years our boat goes docking for maintenance for a couple of weeks. As we want to extend our service we rent another boat to take you to Klein Curacao as informed on our website, email and confirmation. We feel bad that the experience with this boat didn't meet the service people are used by us. The sea was also very rough - as mentioned in the mail you got refunded and we hope we can welcome you again on our yacht the Serendipity! She has been back since June and we are delivering the services as our guests are used from us.

A very disappointing experience this time.
Because we had a great day with Miss Ann boat trips last year, we booked the Supreme Saturday trip this time. However, the yacht Serendepity was not there because it had to undergo its three-yearly maintenance and was replaced by a much smaller and slower boat. (We were not informed about this in advance) Instead of 1 hour, the sailing time became 1:30 hours. There was no luxury either, everyone was crammed onto the boat, even loose chairs had to be added to give everyone a seat. (There was even someone sitting on an upturned bucket because his additional chair was broken). Everyone who sat at the back of the side of the boat (including ourselves) were already soaking wet from the splashing water after 20 minutes. Many people also became seasick.
The crew was almost entirely Dutch, but the information was only given in English.
There was no beach service. You had to walk to the bar yourself and if you were lucky, someone would be there to serve you. Otherwise, just wait until they came back from the sea.
Everything from the premium open bar is included (that's what they say) except smoothies (that's what they don't say)
They didn't do the snorkeling safari either, and because they arrive back at the starting point at 5:45 PM, you don't get a sunset at sea, the sun doesn't set until around 7 PM.
So little of what they advertise comes to fruition.
Afterwards they claimed that everyone had been informed in advance through your confirmation email and through flyers that were distributed in the morning. It's a shame that they aren't honest about this either.
They have offered to let you experience the day again, but if you are back in the Netherlands in the meantime, that can be difficult.
- If you want to sell tickets via different sites, you must also provide all these sites with new information, not just your own site.
- If for any reason you have to hire another boat, it must be at least as good as your own boat. (especially since you recommend your own boat because it is better, more luxurious and faster than the competition)

Hi Navigate, wij balen ook erg van de situatie - eens in de 5 jaar gaan we uit het water voor groot onderhoud voor een paar weken. Helaas was dat precies de periode dat jullie naar Curacao zijn gekomen. We proberen via onze website, op de bevestiging en tevens op de app al onze klanten duidelijk te informeren met welke boot ze varen en dat we in onderhoud zijn. Zodoende willen we onze service voor zetten en hebben we inderdaad een andere boot gehuurd. de combinatie boot en ruwe zee was helaas niet plezier. Onze excuses nogmaals. we hebben ook al uitgebreid contact gehad via de mail en jullie hebben een vergoeding terug gekregen. We varen gelukkig weer sinds Juni met de Serendipity! onze eigen mooie jacht.

It's not worth the price at all. We pay dearly. We paid 230 dollars for adults and 115 dollars for children. We went to Klein Island, arrived and waited for breakfast, which was reasonable. Their place is small compared to the competitor (which had a beach court, a space in the sand for children to play) full of rocks, the sea was a bit rough. We waited for lunch, bad, I think only the ribs were good. There was horrible juice and soda. For children, it's terrible. I felt like I was on a school trip. Pick up your plate, pick up your food, clean your plate, put it on the pile of dirty dishes. My husband paid extra for the included drink, had to wait until 12pm for them to release it, and it was still regulated. The shower ran out of water for us to wash before leaving. There it seemed like they were doing us a favor. Ah, the snorkeling time they take, they don't take anything, you make do.

This trip was awesome, staff was amazing and food was so so good! Drinks were perfectly mixed by Colin and scuba diving was beautiful. I would recommend if you are scuba diving to opt out of the premium bar as we had no time to even drink since our dive was in the afternoon. We understood that we’d be diving in the morning as the schedule indicated but they did the discovery dives in the morning and the certified dive in the afternoon. When we got out of the water from our dive the bar was closed and the boat was already getting ready to leave. :( we didn’t even have time to go to the lighthouse. Wish we did things a little differently but it was a lovely experience none the less.

From the point of check-in there was a sense of genuine care displayed and this made me feel very safe, received a warm welcome and guided to Ms Ann Boat. I was told to take my shows off and even though it may be for safety reasons, I got a sense of comfort and a urge to relax. The team gave a welcome and in no time we were off. Cruise along the coast was soothing and the views were breathtaking, the boat had a nice upbeat playlist to ensure you had the feelgood vibe. The journey from Boca 19 pier to Klein Curacao lasted roughly an hour. I was hoping to see dolphins on the way and during the last 10 minutes of the ride I was treated to a solo dolphin act, this warmed my heart. The yacht docked a little away from Klein Curacao shores and with a group of 10 people I was shuttled over on small recue boats. I was able to select an amazing lounge chairs with shade and again I was in awww. The team had a nice spread for breakfast. The group was given an overview after breakfast. I then ventured out to the old lighthouse, where I had great captures and then the shipwreck. Lunch was served at 12:30pm and had large variety especially seen it was served on the island.
The snorkeling tour was exceptional, I had to stop halfway and the team was extremely responsive and ensured I was OK. The highlight for me was the ride back, I got a comfortable spot at the front of the boat and I plugged my ears with my earbuds and got lost in the moment of total tranquility and peace. This tour gave me the day I dreamed for after a long and hard month. I will definitely be doing this again on my return to Curaçao.

This tour is great for tourists who just want to sit on the beach all day and do absolutely nothing. The food is fine (included) but the bar is terrible, unless you enjoy a warm vodka with flat Fanta which you have to pay for (cash/credit card). We had been on this excursion before many years ago when turtles were abundant and the sea life as well but not anymore. This island has nothing left but dead coral, except for when they blow the whistle on the beach at the end of the day to gather everyone around to go snorkel around a little boat where one of the workers is throwing fish food in so the tourists have something to see. What a tourist trap!! Regardless of how beautiful the sandy beach is there, we had that same sandy beach in front of our hotel. We booked this excursion wanting to snorkel and see the turtles, that is what we went for and that is what they are selling but the turtles left this area many many years ago and now they just point out rocks as turtles like we were idiots.

Hi Mich, the review seems to be more about the Island Klein Curacao, rather than about our tour. We also don't have Fanta in our bar.. Did you go with us? Maybe you want to delete it here and place it on the Klein Curacao page?
p.s. Klein Curacao is in the top 3 of most healthy reef in the entire caribbean. a bit surprised with your statements..

We can take care of everything, but you can also bring f&b yourselves. Of course the price will be different.
