I would give this business a zero rating if possible. Another couple and my husband signed up for the snorkel combo tour, total cost $539 for the 4 of us. We paid for the snorkel combo tour, which should have been a couple of hours on ATV's, followed by a snorkel excursion for a total of 4 hours. What we got, was 4 hours on ATVs, mostly on the streets. We were taken to a dumpy painting place (I know) which was to be our snorkel location. The guide had no snorkel gear for us. None. (I had asked the woman at the desk if there was a place to change into our bathing suits, she said yes). When we got back to Eric's they appeared to be closed. We called when we got back to our resort, and the owner was very apologetic, and assured us we would receive a refund, in full. Today (next day) I received a call from a woman I assume worked there. She wanted me to give her all of my checking account information (over the phone?) Including bank, account #, and routing number. I told her I could not give her this information (I would be a fool to). I told her we would just like the total amount credited to the credit card we used to pay. She said that was impossible. I told her we could drive there, and she could pay us in cash, or run a credit through our credit cards. She said that was impossible. I asked to speak to the owner, she said he was out of the country, again impossible. Ok, I told her. I will leave my review citing my dissatisfaction with this enterprise. She asked me if that was a threat, and that it was illegal. I told her I was well within my right to leave a review. So here it is. Out over $500. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. Oh, and after she told me it wouldn't matter, they have lots of good reviews, she hung up on me. That's my experience with this place. At your own risk, folks!
