This is just a wonderful part of the capital city. A highlight of the ABC islands which are all so different yet so close. It's safe to walk day and night and you will not be bothered by vendors. The markets are fun to stroll...More

Punda is part of the city of Willemstad in Curacao. All buildings have a very bright colorfull facade. We found this part of town to be clean and very attractive with a variety of outdoor eating facilities.

If you love old and new, this is the place for you. Steeped in history, lovely alleyways, colourful buildings, and museums. Loved it!

Just past the Dutch Colonial buildings that make up the famous waterfront photos that everyone associates with Curacao you will find the floating market. Boats apparently make the trip from Venezuela on a regular basis, bring fresh produce to the island for locals and tourists...More

A bit touristic and most shops are overpriced like any island destination especially with a cruise ship port. Great architecture and super fun street art. I suggest finding a hidden local spot or even a food truck for a more authentic local flavor and experience

Punda was to me nothing special. Not really clean, many people on little space. Nice to take a look at but thats it.

I would say yes; we walked it all. The whole area is very walkable; paved and basically flat. It also isn't really that big an area and no one is in a hurry.
