We took the Curaçao Beautiful Beaches tour from our ship and this beach was the first stop. It is a public beach. When we arrived, about 9:30, all the huts had already been taken, and there were no chairs available for rent because the attendant had not showed up yet. We took a spot in the sand, which was filthy - cigarette butts, bottle caps and other debris in the sand. The beach is small and rocky, so not very good for walking. Bathrooms are locked until the attendant arrives, and there is a charge to use them. The women’s room was filthy - couldn’t even flush the toilet - and my husband said the men’s room was the same. Beach chairs were available for $7 when the attendant did get there, with a rebate if you drag the chair back up to him before leaving. There is a bar and food apparently available, but there is no way I would eat there.
There is also a dive shop there for shore diving.

Dirty, uncomfortable chairs, cigarette butts on beach, dirty beach. Good below average for beach food. The charge/fee for chairs and umbrellas vary, definitely would not recommend! Many other amazing beaches!!!

This was our favourite beach on the island. If you're staying at Coral Estate, it's very close though you'll still need a car to get there. It's a free public beach. There are beach loungers available to rent, and umbrellas as well. There are several palapas (no charge for using the palapas). Otherwise there aren't a lot of options for shade, but on the side of the beach the dive shop is on, there are some trees for some additional shade options if you don't get a palapa or umbrella. Washrooms are paid (I believe it was 50 NAF cents). Didn't use them so not sure what state they're in. There is a snack bar, can't comment on the food as we didn't try it. Great beach to catch the sunset. There are better spots on the island for snorkelling, but still well worth it to go for a snorkel here.

A small beach we were told used more by locals than tourists. Car park is free. You can rent chairs cheaply. Food is available and there is a bathroom although not the greatest but it’s there.
Beautiful water, clear and refreshing not too warm and not too cold.
Recommended wearing water shoes as there are some rocks and shells .

Having visited almost all of the beaches on Curaçao, this was the most pleasant place to be. Not too big and not too crowded. Apparently most tourists have not yet found their way here. I was there with my girlfriend, but will bring the kids along next year.
True, it's a bit out of the way to the westside of the island, but it's very pristine with white sand en very clear water.
Catering is available at the waterfront and there is plenty of shadow to be found under the palmtrees.

Beautiful, clean and chill, Daaibooi is our favorite spot for a weekday beach escape. Bring your own food and drinks, or get the basics at the snack shop. On busy days, you may have trouble getting a lounge chair (not to mention a palapa); plan accordingly. Don't forget your snorkel gear.

Small locals beach with lots going on. Wedding taking place, kids playing, aqua park area for kids, picnicking, jet skis etc.
Good parking lot, small snack bar.
Natural beach setting with no houses around.
Beach was nice with some palapas. Rocks/coral near shore so would suggest water shoes if hanging out in the water.
Snorkeling was ok despite the lack of good coral.

We loved this beach! It's free with great parking space. Plenty of space for us to lay out a beach blanket in some shade and then play in the water. The rocks around the beach are beautiful and the water is perfect. There are a lot of big rocks sticking out of the ground but underwater for much of the shoreline which makes it not perfect water but it's still smooth so not too bad. Snorkeling was pretty good with the rocky cliffs around but not the best. Overall we had a really fun time though and the drive there wasn't bad at all.

This was a pretty nice beach. The day we were here, the water was a bit rough. That made it a little more difficult to enter the water as it has a slight drop off. Snorkeling wasn't great because the water was cloudy. There were some turtles there. I'm sure on a calm day this would be a lovely place to hang out

Curacao is full of beautiful beaches, however, many of them are over crowded and don’t offer any chairs or shade. Generally regarded as a beach where locals hang out, Daaibooi is a hidden gem for tourists and is an excellent option if you’re staying in Coral Estates — it’s literally right around the corner.
The beach has plenty of umbrellas (if you get there before 10:30 am), a snack bar as well as offers chair rental ($6 upfront but then you get half back upon return of the chair). Be sure to bring your snorkeling gear as the water is crystal clear and there are many fish, etc to be seen around the rocks!
Be warned that on Friday-Sunday the locals do come here and host family parties/BBQs, so it tends to be a bit more crowded and noisy.
