We booked through them ahead of our trip and booked the East & West City Tour. Through some miscommunications with our clock, we didn't realize in Curacao we'd be an hour behind. We were jilted out of bed by a nasty phone call from our Tour Guide, Michele, who informed us we were late. He proceeded to yell at us and told us we had one minute or less to get to the lobby or we'd be left behind. He continued to yell at us and talked to us like we were stupid. We explained the situation and asked for 5 minutes to get down there, and he refused and hung up. He later refused to answer his phone so we could meet up with the tour.
The company is horrible to deal with and refused to give us a refund - however, they collected our money and did not provide us any service or solution. Thankfully, the manager at Breezes, Jeannette Bonet, helped us reserve another tour. They told Jeanette they would give Breezes a credit for our tour package but then later refused as I have kept in touch with Jeanette.
What we found out about Yellow Tours: THEY SCAM TOURISTS, THEY TAKE MONEY FOR SERVICES AND THEN NEVER PROVIDE THEM, THEY ARE VERY RUDE TO PAYING CUSTOMERS, THEY DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH ON ANY PROMISES, AND NOTHING IS DONE WHEN THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE DISHONEST OR RUDE TO THE TOURISTS THEY SERVE.
Please don't make our mistake and book with them. We suggest PETER TOURS - we completed the same tour with them several days later and found them to be honest, hard working, and they gave a great tour. The cost was the same and they appreciate tourists!!!
