    One of the best beaches
Loved this beach! Small and lovely - with gorgeous sand and eclectic blue, calm water. Loved the little dive shop and restaurant. And appreciated the soft but still audible music they played. We snorkled all day from the beach and saw the most of any beach we’ve been to in Curaçao. Get there early if you want a chair and shade, but totally worth it! With all the great beaches in Curacao we were still thinking of going back to Kalki a second day - we loved it so much

    Really amazing beach
We loved this beach! The sand was beautiful, the chairs and umbrellas were nice and there were even sunbeds. The water was beautiful and my husband said the snorkeling was good. We did not have food or drinks, but it is available, as well as a dive shops with rentals available. There are two platforms out in the water and they have chairs! Very relaxing. Could have easily spent the whole day there if we had more time!

    Perfect full day beach visit
Lovely beach to visit for the day. We rented a daybed for $20US. We visited on a Friday and arrived at 11:15am and by 12:30pm most of the chairs and all of the daybeds were taken. But it didn’t feel overly busy. The water was beautiful and we swam out to the floating docks with chairs. Lots of people snorkeling. Bring your water shoes, as it’s rocky getting in and out of the ocean. The restaurant was delicious! Ordered the tuna poke bowl. There are washroom facilities and outdoor showers.

Playa Kalki- Play Forti (very close) can be good alternative if windy and rough
Nice beach with sand. Getting in to water there were some small rocks, so may want water shoes. Snorkeling was pretty good. Went there twice. The second day was windy, and bigger waves. It stirred up the sand so snorkeling that day wasn't great. On the way back to our resort, we stopped in at Playa Forti (5 minutes down the road) for a drink. The restaurant we were in is on a rock outcrop, with the cliffs, that acted as a breakwater, so Forti was very calm. The only issue is that there is no shade on the beach. But is Kalki is rough, Forti is close and would be a good alternative.

    Relaxing vacation
Small and enjoyable beach near our villa. Parking is limited and a short walk to access the beach and you must be able to climb/descend stairs. There are chairs to rent and one small area is shaded with trees and another with tiki huts for shade. You can also rent a cabana with a large "bed". Get there early - you definitely will need to get out of the sun! The water is so clear and clean but there is "step down" a short way into the water that is about 18 inches and it is rocky so be prepared - getting out was a little challenging. The water is generally calm and there is a regular breeze. Above the beach is a restaurant with a good menu and reasonable which was handy since we did not have a cooler to pack drinks and lunch. Suggestion - freeze your water bottle, it will melt in plenty of time to drink!

Worth the trip to the western point of the island. Things to note include limited parking, no snack bar, very small fee to rent a beach chair. Nice for snorkeling. Off the beaten path.

This shore dive, also known as Alice in Wonderland, is fantastic!! We did an afternoon dive there, everyday. The life on this reef is vibrant. We got to see a frog fish, which was very exciting. This is the home reef of Go West Diving.

This is possibly one of if not the most beautiful beaches on Curacao. The water is spearmint blue and the sand powder white with a dramatic cliff face at the back of the beach. The beach is located down steep stone steps from the parking area. Above the beach is a shaded terrace with a snack bar, changing rooms, toilets and a dive shop. There are plenty of umbrellas, beds and palapas although the beach is comparatively small and so on the day we were there, most beds were taken by 10am. The snorkelling here is incredible with plenty of fish and rocks just off the shoreline although access to the sea isn’t an issue.

Remote beach with good snorkeling. Water very clear and no waves. No toilet or showers . Diving station right at the beach. Very quiet and not too many tourists. Would go during the week for less crowds.

There is great coral to be seen here... better for divers because it is so deep but still good. But if you venture beyond the ropes, there is quite a current. We were not paying attention because we were so engrossed in the coral below. We were swimming and not noticing the the current took us away from the shore and out to a point where two currents meet. I truly believe if we would not have turned around when we did, it could have been dire... I mean fatal. Definitely, if we did not have fins, we would not have made it back. So just a warning, be aware of the current and keep an eye on where you are going... what took us 20 minutes to swim out to from the beach, took us nearly 2 hours of current fighting to return to beach There were quite a few moments of panic that took a lot of effort to overcome. Be safe, mistakes here can have dire consequences.

Quiet and very much out of the way, Playa Kalki is a tiny, intimate beach with some beach chairs available. To reach it, you must descend some steep stone stairs just off the small parking area.

As we were trying to get back to our place before dark, we didn’t go in the water, but from the looks of it, I’d say it was sandy but a bit rocky in places. This beach may be better suited for snorkeling and/or diving than for swimming, but can’t be sure.

There’s a small bar/snack place, but it was closed when we stopped by in the early evening.
