Nice beach!

I've been several times to Mambo and always enjoy. Nice beach, shops and eateries with different price range, I really recommend Mambo to all those visiting the island!

We rented a car and drove around the entire island stopping at just about all the beaches. Mambo Beach is highly over rated and here's why. This is a tourist trap with tourists who, let's just say ..... The beach is beautiful and it has a nice little row of stores but don't be misled, it is NOT a boardwalk,... More

My hotel (Trupial Inn) provided a free shuttle to Mambo beach. You need to pay to enter the beach and use the chairs. This is very much your average tourist beach with shops and hotels nearby. Nothing really negative to say but I'd recommend you head west to Porto Mari and Kenepa.

Little bit of everything. Shopping, food,Bars and swimming pools and swimming in the ocean. Bring your snorkel gear and swim out to the rocks and see all the fish. Chair rentals and beach access is $7 a person or 3.50 pp to access the beach.

If you don't want to worry about having everything you could need at hand, this is the right place. The services offered are comprehensive. Wrong place if you're looking for peace and quiet. The beach is separated from the ocean, making swimming easy and presumably safe. By and large the staff was friendly and spoke English. In both our trips... More

I had been like three times to Curacao....and this is the place to be on the weekend....great music, open beach, all tourist in one place ...what more can you expect from your weekend ..but of late it has become notorious place to be in ...crime...drugs these have entered and literally ruined this place....can be better if it discovers it's old... Beautiful! Love the breaker rock wall for snorkeling. Different shopping than normal souvenir stores in ports and restaurants were slow but great food.

A good place to spend the day. Beach is clean but you have to pay for the beach chairs for $3.50/ea. with a free Evian bottled water. If you want to use the pool nearby , be ready to pay $20/pp. Why pay for the pool if the beach is clean? Mambo beach second floor has various restaurants price ranges... More

We were on the Irie tours and they give you the option to go to the aquarium or the beach- we opted for the beach and I guess so did everyone else.. We found a bench in the back at first just to get out of the sun.. There weren't many lounge chairs or umbrellas that were not being used.... More

Firstly, theres an entry fee. $3.50 for regular entry without being with a tour. $2.00 with a tour. I would have personally gone with Jantiel Beach. They had a little floating park for the kiddies. The beach is blocked from the ocean and boats by a rocky partition. The water itself was quite beautiful and I.enjoyed swimming:-) from my understanding... More
