Good to find some souvenirs and cigars. There is also a general store with good prices. There is a small pharmacy very convenient and people are helpful. Some clothing boutiques are expensive but you can find high quality stuff.

since it's located right between the hotels near the beach, this place is mainly built for tourists. It has a few stores from caracol, one big supermarket and a few clothing stores. At those you won't be able to find a price tag, however, so...More

This complex has a bank but the prices are very high since this is in the middle of tourist area. I found the price was lower in my hotel shop which is unusual.

Went here to try to shop for more things than you can normally get at the Resorts. The place is quite busy with tourists and locals, no issue with that. But is quite dirty and stores are not that good.

The Plaza America is a relatively rare find in Cuba as there few shopping centres around. This one is about 5 miles north of Varadero town centre with buses stopping outside. We walked along the beach from our hotel 3/4mile away to it, very pleasant...More

As far as shopping malls go, this one is very tame with little that is exciting or out of the ordinary. There is a nice bar with good cocktails and a group that plays outside (like just about every bar in Cuba). There is a...More

Your best bet would be to get on the Hop-on Hop-off just outside your resort. It would be a really long walk if coming from the Iberostar or Royalton
