Snorkeling

Husband and friend went snorkeling there for a reasonable $36 CUC's, booked via our WestJet person. Bring a towel and a water bottle as they learned those not included.

Enjoyed the tour, first time I ever done snorkeling. Beautiful reefs, wished I had a waterproof camera. The tour moves along pretty good speed, but slow enough that you have plenty of time to learn the craft and see the reef. I have to admit, when it was finished I did not think I would ever want to do it... More

Nice coral area to swim and see numerous fish. Sadly it isn't as colourful as i had expected but i also think fishermen are picking out shells and selling them hence the comment above

There are 2 different spots to enter the water. One at the main beach & one very close. 45 minutes in the water with a guide. I go to Cubatours to purchase my ticket. I usually get the Saturno caves included along with snorkelling for 36cuc. Lots of colourful fish & cool marine life to look at. You never know... More

The amount of fish is amazing, coral is typical and damaged by tourists but they have a ton of fish and water is crystal clear. They also have a photographer for you if you wish

Nice little spot to go for a snorkel or scuba dive. There are dive guides stationed here to take you on a guided tour.

Nice place for snorkeling, but not sure if it is worth diving here. Too many tourists have damaged the coral as the water is quite shallow and right next to the beach. They don't instruct very well that if you touch the coral it will die...

The beach is quite shallow in general, about 3 meters deep. And you can get a great view of the fishes and coral throughout! There are so many colorful fishes at the beach and we couldn't get enough of it!

We went with a tour group and were herded around like a bunch of sheep. No chance to really explore and our guide stayed with a person who couldn't swim instead of with the rest of us who could and wanted to see things. We were just herded here and there with no real sense of what we were looking... More

Went on a windy day, got a little sea sick near the end, but not bad for my first time. Not super colourful fish, but interesting ones!
