Interesting to visit, within walking distance of Blau Varadero Hotel. 7 peso entrance fee which is a guided tour. You will see some cave paintings and bats.

This was a highlight of my trip for sure. The water is stunning and the cave is awe-inspiring. It was amazing to swim around the formations and see right to the bottom!
