We went on a day trip to Havana with our amazing tour guide Caesar in his lovely classic car!! He picked us up from our resort and drove us to and around Havana and was very knowledgeable and had lots of interesting facts to chat to us about. He made the long journey to Havana fun and we learnt a lot about Cuba and it’s history. He also took us for a meal at ‘Dona Carmela’ which was a cute place and food was nice and traditional but priced targeting tourists. We travelled with two young children (6 and 5) and the tour guide was well adaptable to our needs and the day! He spent the day with us and walked everywhere with us showing places worth seeing and we trusted his opinion and easily communicated with him. We felt happy, safe and comfortable with Caesar spending the day with us. Overall a great guy and would highly recommend him as a tour guide. It is also good to know what you want to see if you have any requests let the tour guide know. Friendly, very good English, very helpful. Although the car was old it had air conditioning which was a must for us, was comfortable and the 2 hour journey overall was pleasant. I would advise to to bring towels to sit on as the seats are leather. Bring change for the day out as tips are expected and the people in Cuba are really friendly so tips are well deserved. Caesar made the trip very enjoyable for us and we had a great day overall, adapted to our needs.

WE did two tours, Matanza and Havana. We had the same tour guide for both days. Lots of walking through the cities allowed for local interactions and a great way to see the sites. Great old cars, well maintained, and clean. We fully enjoyed both tours and would do them again.

Just back in UK after a fantastic trip to Cuba. We found Havana60 on the internet, and couldn’t have chosen better. We booked the Colonial Tour to Havana. Our guide Yunior and driver Rollo were the nicest people. Yunior’s excellent English and knowledge of Cuban history made this the perfect trip. Thanks guys for making our holiday in Cuba extra special. Good luck for the future. Sean and Sandy.

Matanza and the caves were great!! Julio was an amazing tour guide both trips! I highly recommend seeing these two locations this way!! Be ready to walk though!! I think we did at least 5 KM each tour! Bring stuff for the locals as you will stop by schools, and be with the local people!!
