This is a large, one story building with a roofed colonnade and open sidewalk on its facade bordering on Mártires Avenue just 2 blocks past the railroad station at the very end of República St, where it open up into the wide Mártires Blvd. This...More

An Oasis in time with cool galleries to wander through. Gives a very good indication of Cuba's rich past. Very well worth a visit with staff who want to help you to understand the glory of Cuba that was. Fantastic displays of older Cuban Furniture...More

We were privileged to hear the local Acapella choir sing in this establishment. Their voices were angelic and the group will be competing in the USA in 2016

This is an interesting museum with a range of furniture, porcelain and art ranging from the early 19th century through to some modern art by Victor Garcia.

This museum is housed in a former military headquarters well north of the centre of the historic area, a bit out of the way – probably why we were the only visitors for the 45 minutes we were there. Although it is a large complex,...More

This is one of the best museums in Cuba. The front facade belies the style of the interior. Surrounding a large courtyard/garden are rooms full of items from old mansions, classical art, and a modest natural history section. Definitely worth a visit if you are...More
