Our bike tours are for all ages, at an easy pace. Our guides are fantastic and you'll learn a lot about Havana and its culture, heritage and history. Now we have the most complete offer of Cuba on guided tours. We have incorporated Classic convertible city tours and outskirts. Great overview of Havana!

My friends and I booked the full day tour which included the morning on bicycles and the afternoon in a convertible car. The tour was the perfect overview of Havana for us. Our morning bike guide - Yasel - ushered us through central and Old Havana on solid bicycles, sharing history and answering all the questions we had. He then took us to an authentic little cafe/snack bar for a quick lunch before he handed us off to Elvis and our driver Victor who took us further afield in the bright pink convertible. We were impressed by both our guides depth of knowledge and genuine interest in sharing their beautiful city and country with us. I would highly recommend a day with Bike Rental & Tours Havana as a way to get your bearings and receive an in depth overview of Havana, before digging deeper into specific aspects of Havana that may interest you. While the tour was amazing, I think what will stay with me is the genuine warmth, intelligence and friendliness of Yasel and Elvis.

Professional in every way

I rented a bike for two weeks from this company, and the bike was as good as any bike you will get anywhere. It was solid, lightweight, easy to use, and came with lights and fenders. I was offered panniers but I didn't need them, but they are free if you ask.

I had a slight ticking noise develop in the back wheel (normal for all the riding I did) and when I dropped by, the mechanic (Joel-Andres) removed the entire wheel and changed it right away. Problem solved in minutes!

I also did a bike tour with famous guide Yasel, and he was very interesting, funny, and has a great way of getting along with everyone. If I could give these guys six stars I would.

Best day in Havana!

We were 4 female travelers, arrived at the office at 8:30 am. We took the whole day tour with cycling in the morning and the car tour in the afternoon. They were all ready for us and had our bikes ready to go. The bikes were in very good condition. Yasel, our morning cycling guide, took us all through Central and Old Havana, stopping along the way to give us the history and culture behind each site. He showed us to an authentic Cuban local restaurant for lunch, then we hopped in our open-air pink cadillac for the afternoon with our guide, Elvis, who took us to the Hemingway home, Fusterland and along the malecon. The entire day was perfect! A great intro to the city of Havana.

Elvis in the House!

My trip to Havana would not have been as fantastic if I hadn’t taken the Real Havana Bike Tour with my amazing guide, Elvis! This tour was exactly what I was looking for, and lucky for me, I was the only person on this Tuesday morning tour. Elvis is from Havana and speaks perfect English and even laughed at all MY jokes – in other words, he truly understands the language and the nuances of communicating with English speaking guests. Because it was the just the two of us, he customized the experience a bit to make sure all my questions were answered about the history, the people and what it is like living in Havana. I shared with him that I was interested in photographing cats while in Cuba and he completely engaged with me on this mission spotting cats along the way and giving me plenty of time to coax the felines into position. I highly recommend this company and I can not stress how much doing this tour at the beginning of my stay helped me understanding the lay of the land. If I could give 10 Stars, I would!

Great Cuban bike rental !

Hired a bike for 4 weeks from Tito and friends. Arranging the hire through the internet was easy and Tito always responded quickly and professionally to any issues. The bike was in excellent condition and I clocked up 1,850 K on the odometer I took with me ! I took some of my own gear with me (panniers and helmet ) but they will provide it all if you ask them. Very friendly and reliable service. I have taken my own bike to Cuba but hiring from Tito was a lot less of a hassle and the bike was of very good quality. Only had one puncture the whole trip ! Hope to go back again and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants the experience of a lifetime travelling around Cuba on a bike !

An amazing bike tour through the real Havana.

They have the bests bikes in the Havana, Cuba for rental. The service it's very good and they are very nice. The tour guide that travel with us "Yassel" was funny, professional and very prepared people. I recommend the "Combo Tour".
Thanks to the owner Tito!!! I will come back sun as possible.

Bike rental for long distance touring

We rented bikes from Bicycle Rental Havana for a multi day trip we took from Trinidad to Playa Larga. Tito and crew were easy to communicate with before hand and the bikes and gear were exactly as promised.
The bikes were in good shape, well maintained and they were able to give us a multi day discount.
They were very helpful orienting us to the Cuban bus sysytem and how best to get our bikes on board. It all worked out and we had a great time.

The best way to see Havana

My wife and I had an amazing tour with Yasel. We made several stops all throughout the city over the course of 3 or 4 hours. We learned so much about the history of the city and of Cuba. This was one of our favorite experiences in Havana.

We did the five day cycle trip, and it ended up being one of the best things we did in Cuba. Tito, Yasel and Pedro went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, even before and after we arrived (e.g. helping us to book our bus out of Havana).

I am vegetarian and they all made sure I had loads of tasty food to eat, and communicated on our behalf with the locals to ensure we had the most authentic experiences from swimming in secret waterfalls to cycling paths generally not visited by tourists. Having full board definitely meant we got more value for our money than on the rest of our trip. Also because there was a car with us the whole time we always had water, and the ability to stop if we needed to.

Expect hot days, tropical scenes and truly welcoming people. While we were there the trees were all dripping with mangos, and one local even gave us a huge bowl of them for the journey as we cycled past his place. Yasel was an amazing guide who seemed to take absolute pleasure in showing us his country; finding us new foods to try, guitars to play and dogs to befriend. By the end of the trip he became a true friend, who I hope we will get to spend time with again some day.

Fabulous way to understand Cuban life

We LOVED our bike tour of the real Havana, and Elvin was wonderful! We loved learning about and seeing both the University and primary schools, as well as the different religious, artistic and cultural traditions, and visiting a family home. Seeing first hand the different markets was fun and interesting. The bikes were great and I loved how Elvin knew the routes so well that he knew the safest and easiest ways. Elvin was so knowledgeable and really gave us insights of life in Havana we wouldn’t have gotten any other way!

The tour was the highlight of our trip to Havana!
