    Great Night Out
We opted to go to Fabrica de Arte for nightlife over going to a cabaret and had a great dinner, saw a grammy award winning, world famous salsa band (Los Van Van) in concert, browsed some modern art, and danced to a live DJ. There was also a theatre performance earlier in the evening. It cost 1000 CUP or $4 USD per person to enter. No requirement to drink but there are restaurants and bars all over inside. You must show your ticket at the exit and pay for any drinks you have had to leave. Your ticket serves as your tab for drinks while you are inside. If you lose your ticket it will cost you 5000 CUP or $20 USD to leave. So don't lose it!!!  We were swarmed by would be "taxi" drivers (there are official yellow cabs and then there are men in regular cars) when leaving La Fabrica de Arte and were very thankful we had already called a La Nave driver (like uber) and were able to phone him to figure out where he was in the crowd of people and cars.  When we were leaving the Fabrica de Arte we had one "taxi" driver tell us he was an official taxi and said he was the yellow cab in the row. Then he tried to take us to a different vehicle. Thankfully our La Nave driver had arrived and we went with him instead (we had considered cancelling La Nave driver to go with the "official taxi" guy because he was promising a lower price but didn't when he took us another car).

    A real Babel
Wonderful night space in Havana. It is far, but unmissable. Many drink bars, multiple terraces, various displays of plastic arts, incredible photographs, fashion, short films, several DJs and tracks, we caught a live show from Síntesis, great! A variety of people of all types and origins, Cubans and foreigners from all over.

    Unique art gallery and restaurant
This is a modern art museum/restaurant housed in an old factory. The restaurant area is tastefully decorated but the food could be improved. Fish was dry and we could not cut the tostones to eat. We had to use our hands to eat them. The museum itself is fabulous. It has several levels and on certain nights, there is a fashion show as well. The artwork is contemporary and there is a small museum shop as well. The only bad thing was because there was an art show, the performance space overlapped with the exit so while the show was going on, we could not leave the museum which was jam packed.

An interesting, open - concept, mixture!
I visited the FAC with a large group during a visit with my university. The FAC is an interesting, open-concept mixture of a museum, bar, club, shop, food court. While I was there, I saw a fashion show and a dance class! It was really cool! I would recommend checking it out for a night - especially if you are with your friends. Everyone can find something to do here. It is multi-level, so keep that in mind if you are bringing guests who have trouble going up stairs. It is also a little pricier than other places in Havana. If you are a tourist, come prepared with Cuban pesos (not dollars or euros).

Exceptional. One of the highlights of our trip.
We absolutely loved it, a haven for all kind of interesting art that is greatly displayed in a variety of rooms, patios, and very interesting open spaces. The half hour theater presentation was excellent and could be well enjoyed by non Spanish speaking folks. The late night dancing was a highlight.

    Indulge in your senses
If you want to experience the Cuban culture, you have to go here. It taps into every sense. Seeing the art, hearing the sounds of playing from the different rooms, the live music, the tasty drinks, and even the art you can touch. I loved it.. Fabrica de arte is like taking the multicultural Cuban experience, and modishly putting it on display

A must nightlife/art stop in La Habana, but lines can get very long on the weekends
There is a reason this place place is rated so highly - it is the most perfect combination of art museum, nightclub, bar, restaurant, dance floor and museum shop that I have ever been to. Anywhere. Best to go with a group of friends, there's also an Airbnb night tour that makes a stop here and a second stop at an LGBTQ late hour nightclub. Either way, there are many taxis outside for when you are ready to leave, and the area seems more than safe enough. Bottom line, if you come here, it will be a highlight of your trip, if not the highlight. You pay for what you consume once you leave, so prepared to wait in line to both enter and exit.

    Sensational
The most amazing place in Havana. Diverse cultural space is amazing. With art, music, dance, theater, cinema and bars. We went twice during the 5 days in Havana. The desire was to come back every night.

A great experience with interesting att
Almost but not quite sensory overload, but a lot of fun even if you're not really the club type. But the drinks were strong (for me) so even I danced a bit, and i don't dance. But the art is what makes it great, with mazes of endless works to look at.

We visited the FAC on a Thursday night and were caught off guard. We thought it was just a contemporary Cuban art gallery.. which it is.. but I think it’s also the trendiest nightclub in town. You’ll get a ticket upon entering (do not lose it) which the bartenders will stamp when you get a drink, and you’ll pay at the end. I’m not an art buff, but the art was interesting, a lot of nudity and so not somewhere you might want to take your young kids. There are bars spread throughout, including a movie theatre, and a fantastic rooftop restaurant.

I would recommend scheduling a taxi to pick you up before going, leaving FAC was the only time we didn’t feel 100% safe in Cuba.

FAC is a popular nighttime spot open Thursday through Sunday, so there is usually a line. There is a 2 CUC entry fee. You are given a card that you use at the bar to get drinks and pay for them at the end. If you lose your card you have to pay 30 CUCs. Tip: don’t get the large drink. It is really big and is cumbersome to hold with the condensation on the glass.

There are many sections in the building with different art, music, etc. At around 11:30pm there is usually a DJ and that is when the dancing begins.

I definitely recommend checking out the FAC for a fun night and sticking around for the dance party.

Sometimes you find the places you expect the least to be the highlights of you trip and FAC (Fabrica de Arte Cubano) was definitely the one in Cuba! Everyone knows the usual Havana recommendation suspects such as the Capitolio, the Malecon, the Floridita and so on, but looking was I surprised that no one I know bragged about this place. We went there on recommendation of our local host and absolutely loved it. It was a mix of a club, bar, gallery and food court spread out in several buildings and floors making it a maze of cultural and culinary surprises. Absolutely loved it and would recommend everyone to go for drinks, dancing, dinner, a movie or whatever you feel like!

Incredible set of prefab buildings -each linking together- with diff venues of art installations, theatre, music, dancing and a bar to accompany each space. A total must see.
On entry (small fee)- you are handed a drink card. Each drink then gets stamped and handed over to cashier on exit. Unique and vibrant

What a great venue that has recently re-opened. It is out of town (cost us 700 pesos for a taxi from old Havana) but well worth a trip. Mix of tourists and locals there. You pay 250 pesos entry and then get given a bar tab (on a bit of paper) to keep track of your food and drinks, which you pay off at the end of the night. We got chatting to people who recommended we leave earlier than closing as otherwise it's a nightmare long queue to leave. We were also recommended to get there early as queues to get in can be long, but it was fine at around 9pm although the venue definitely filled up (never uncomfortably full) but the venue is also huge.
Great mix of art, alternative music (you will get sick of reggaeton if you're in Cuba more than a couple of weeks like we were) and a really great crowd and atmosphere. It's fun just trying to explore every room/ bar to see what's happening there. Would also recommend the food which was very tasty, reasonably priced and we're veggie. A highlight of Cuba.

Very cool establishment. We enjoyed the value for the entry fee (I believe it was 2CUC). You get to see all the art, experience live music, listen to a DJ, have drinks and food. Something for everyone. I like that they give you a drink card (which you don't have to use if you don't want to drink) and at the end you pay for what you ordered at once. It allows the drink lineups to be essentially non existent! It can be quite busy but it was a great time. I really enjoyed it here!

I do think it's a cool idea to have this large and varied performance space. We may have been there too early (around 10 pm) but there wasn't any live music going on when we were there. There was an odd silent movie playing, and multiple art exhibits on the two floors. There are lots of nooks and corners and different types of spaces within the old olive oil factory. And several outdoor terraces where you can get a drink, and if you are very lucky, a place to sit. In general I felt like there were lots of people wandering around all looking a bit lost and not really sure of what they should be doing or looking at. But I was also on the very much older side of things. Most of the crowd was in their 20-30's. It was fun to go and see this much talked about space. But difficult to engage much with it.

Fabrica de Arte was recommended to me by my Divemaster, Javier, from Dive Adventure Havana. It turned out to be a great recommendation. It is inside of an old warehouse, just a labyrinth of rooms and hallways decorated with Cuban art, with bars, food stalls, a dance club, and a performance space. The place just keeps going and going, and there are a couple gift shops if you want to pick up a souvenir of your time in Cuba. I highly recommend going there. I got there around 9pm and people were starting to stream in, by 11:30 when I left it was getting quite crowded. I recommend taking a nice-ish outfit if you plan to go here, people were dressed well (think first date type attire) though there were some in t-shirts and shorts so they won't turn anyone away for their dress.

FAC is a unique venue, combining a high-end restaurant, music venue and modern art space all under one roof. It's a great concept and offers a very fun night out. The service was a bit slow and the food was nothing spectacular but we enjoyed our visit and supporting this local artist-owned Cuban business venture.
