Highly recommend to anyone to book this Havana tour. I enjoyed riding all day long through the city in a convertible car and visiting all the hotspots of Havana. Our driver was super friendly and so was the guide. Our guide spoke perfectly english and gave us a lot of information about the culture and history of Havana. Wonderful day!

We booked the Cuban Cooking Experience, and were greeted at our meeting point by our guide Jorge and our chef Tina. The first portion of the day was spent shopping locally for fresh food, where we learned a lot about how to source the freshest vegetables. We then stepped into the kitchen of Casa Fina, a "casa particular" (B&B), and spent the next several hours cooking, laughing, eating an amazing 6 course Cuban feast, and listening to our very friendly and knowledgeable guide. We learned a ton about Cuba's colourful history as well as its cuisine. If you want to get a feel for the real Havana, then this experience is well worth it - a fabulous day!

Had such a great day from start to finish. I was picked up from my guesthouse in Havana and did a full city tour in a convertible to all of the hotspots. My guide spoke very good English, was friendly and informative. Highly recommend booking a tour with Havana Adventures!

Armando was fabulous! He sat down with us prior to going out for the day and reviewed our interests. He personalized the tour to what we wanted to see, made great suggestions, hired a driver, and planned all of our stops. He made sure we didn’t miss anything! Armando is full of interesting facts and incredible knowledgeable. He’s extraordinarily nice too. We couldn’t have had a better visit! It was all VERY reasonably priced as well.

My friend and I booked private tours of the Classic Car and Cigar Trail activities online via Havana Adventures and we could not have been happier for Armando to guide us on both days. We felt well taken care of while he shared his knowledge about each of the four neighborhoods we drove by during the Classic Car ride - Old Havana, Central Havana, Vedado and Miramar. Armando always had our best interests in mind ensuring we made good use of the time allotted. Due to some scheduling conflicts for our Cigar Trail tour the next day, he recommended we adjust our tour start time so we could meet and watch Jose Castelar Cairo, who is a Guinness World Record holder of the longest cigar rolled, personally roll our cigar that he gifted us in the end. We had another activity planned later that day right after the Cigar Trail tour and Armando was able to drop us off at our requested location. You can tell Armando is a professional communicating with his company making sure his clients' requests are acceptable before letting his guests' know of the final plan. His communication skills were impeccable. If there is one area for improvement, it would be great to know approximately how much money to bring for each of the tours such as the Cigar Trail for shopping purposes when booking the tour online. On the Cigar Trail tour, there are opportunities to buy coffee, rum and cigars at great prices, which I would have splurged if I had brought more money with me. Overall, I would highly recommend Armando to anyone looking for a very knowledgeable, client-oriented and friendly local guide in Havana.
