Great place to set as a meeting place or orient yourself. The park itself is not exceptional, but it does abut O'Reilly street, which is a lot of fun.

It's just out of reach for the average cruise ship tourist so the crowds are far less. The park is sooo much cleaner than Old Havana with 4-star hotels, hop on/hop off busses and horse drawn carriages.

The one park you must see is located in the center of town and appropriately called Central Park. And must for anybody that wants to really get a feel of tourism in Cuba and the locals as they relate to the tourism.

60 CUC for 4 of us for 3 hours and he took us where we wanted to go. Make sure you get a driver that speaks English.
