I've bought from this agency before and as always we had a great experience. We booked one of their available hotels, where they have inventory, and got immediate confirmation with the option to pay at a later date closer to our arrival. We decided to pay right away and afters we needed to modify our reservation as our party changed in numbers, it was a breeze. Excellent customer support and painless reimbursement.

Excellnt service and communication, always on time. We had made a mistake with the time of the flight and saw the voucher the same day. I called the team on the hone and they reacted really fast, talked to the provider and set the matter right for less than an hour.

Undoubtedly the best agency to travel to Cuba, totally personalized treatment with the best customer service and solutions for any inconvenience we have had. I add that it is where we have found the best prices. For Cuba or Mexico is the best option.

The worst company you can use for a vehicle rental. I waited 5 hours for a vehicle that was fully payed with 2 months in advance. There were also other people from Germany as well as France that waited to get their vehicle for over 7 hours. How on earth could you tell me that this is a good customer service? At the end they gave me a wreck for vehicle, with exhaust cracked and falling , dents all over, rubber coming off the doors, no pick up power. Charging the credit card was quick though!! I hope no one else has to go through the same troubles that me and other tourists went through.

First of all, we would like to invite you to send us an email with a formal complaint and a copy of your car rental contract as we see no trace of any email addressed to us with your reservation number reference and complaint. Please note Umbrella Travel is an intermediary between you and the actual car rental company that delivered the car to you. Unfortunately, all travel agencies in Cuba operate in this manner as all car rental services are managed by the local state-owned companies. However, we do take responsibility when things go wrong and we highly urge our clients to contact us when in trouble and channel the compliant through us so we can intermediate and, when necessary, compensate our clients for the bad experience. By your tripadvisor user name we can only guess your reservation reference and name. So, please do contact us and we will surely follow up on your complaint and compensate for the inconveniences.
We look forward to receiving your complaint so we can offer a compensation that will at least alleviate the inconveniences you faced with your service with Via Car.

I had good experience with this agency. Very professional and helpful. The communication was excellent with prompt responses to all my inquiries. The transfer services were punctual, confortable, and professional. The hotel acommodations, services, and general conditions were above my expectations. I do recommend this travel agency. Tayli was the nicest, most genuine travel adviser and booking agent I have worked with in my travels to well over 100 countries. While U.S. residents cannot directly book many properties in Cuba due to deplorable, draconian regulations it is possible to book anything with an agency like Umbrella Travel in Havana who processes their accounts via Europe. Umbrella is 10 stars out of 5.

This is the best agency that I always use. They treat you nice, they are smart people always there for customers. I am happy to count with umbrella for any plan. Even they give you the possibilities to make changes to your reservation because they care about your plans . I have been with this agency for more than 4 years and they never let me down.

We contacted them because we needed help with our trip. Even though it was very short notice, they provided us with everything we needed to be able to depart the next day to our next destination in Cuba thanks to them. I am very thankful for that. Excellent service.
