Beautiful beach. You can take a bus that only costs $5 from across El capitolio. Chairs and umbrella for $4/$5 the entire day. A few nice places to eat and drink. Rum directly into the fresh coconut is my favorite.

Take the T1 Bus on the Central Park and 40 minutes later you can enjoy beautiful beach... very clean, very friendly. There are restaurants and some shoops near to enjoy meal or a drink

probably the nicest well kept and clean of all the beaches in Cuba. Didn't go swimming as were not prepared to see such a beautiful part of the coast, but paddled a bit and at our age that counts as going in !

We took the $5cuc bus trip at 9am. The beach was pretty empty in the morning but gorgeous. We didn't get in the water because HUNDREDS of Portuguese man of War's (pictured) were washed up, and since the area is pretty deserted we didn't risk...More

yes, just go to Parque Central, and jump on the 3T bus. It is only 5 cuc round trip , and runs about every 40 minutes. If you want to save a little time, a taxi will take you their for around 20 cuc.
