Colby at Gardner yours was instrumental in helping our trip be a success. He set us up with a phenomenal driver, gave great recommendations, and helped communicate our itinerary. Colby has a huge heart and is passionate about helping the Cuban people. It is clear he loves the Country. We were able to take donations and drop them off with a friend of his that works for a mission. One of our favorite activities was a private show that Colby set up for us. We thought the big Tropicana show would be too touristy and crowded, especially for my 75 year old mom. The show was intimate and fantastic. I would fully trust Colby for all things Cuba. It’s a tricky country and it really is worth it to get advice from an insider.

During our 6-day trip to Cuba we saw beautiful sites, ate excellent food, and got to experience the authentic Cuban culture. Without a doubt our choice of using Gardner Tours with our tour guide Colby, made all the difference. His fluent Spanish and next-level understanding of the Cuban history allowed us to enjoy our trip in the most stress-free manner possible. I highly recommend using Gardner Tours for all your guiding needs.

We had a great five day trip with Colby as our guide. We felt completely safe. Colby is a wealth of knowledge on all things Cuba... the language, the culture, the restaurants, the history, you name it. The best thing though is that he truly has a heart for the Cuban people. Our experience was truly a cultural experience while at the same time enjoying modern amenities in our BNB accomodations. Our BNB host, Teresa, was great. My eyes filled with tears when we she waved goodbye on the streets of Old Havana in front of her house. However, we plan to visit again and hope that our recent trip was the first of many. I may not always need a guide, however I highly recommend Colby to anyone on their maiden voyage!

Havana Night and Rum & cigar Days are what we experienced on our vacation get away. Garner tours really create an amazing experience that we will remember for a lifetime. The accommodations were 5 star! Our rooms were emasculate and the hospitality made me feel like a queen, anything you need they are there 24/7 to help you. Our meals were 4 courses were included. Your appetizers, meal, dessert, and coffee. We never left hungry, the drinks were on you and they did not disappoint with the Havana Rum and punch and Mojito’s that were to die for! I could talk for days about the food, but let’s move on we experienced The Tropicana and they danced then we danced with them! The convertible car Havana tour, the walking tours took us into the heart of Havana and the beautiful people there! There was always a cigar and beverage in our hands! The cigar pairing was phenomenal! I have never experienced it on sick a beautiful rooftop location and learned so much about my taste palette.
We then took a three hour ride to the most beautiful Vinjalis , the mountains and the valley! The earth is so rich the tobacco, coffee beans, the fresh vegetables and I could go on. Watching them pick, process and role cigars made me appreciate them even more!
There is so much to say about our rooms there as well, we enjoyed the porch, the pool, the fool and there passion to make us feel at home.
I could not ask for a better vacation with the best guide Colby ever! There was not a person he did not know and showed us how beautiful, fun, and enjoyable a vacation could be. There is still so much to say and not enough words to say about him and this once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Garner Tours

The whole trip was amazing. Our guide Colby was very knowledgeable of the country of Cuba, the locals, restaurants, and culture. Gardner Tour help us every step of the way from getting our tour set up, updating dating us on our travel needs and taking great care of us through out.
From the time arrived in Havana til we departed for home we were in excellent hands.
The accommodation though modest for some my wife and I thought were excellent and the food was wonderful.
We would recommend this trip to anyone and look forward to going back in the future.
It was a trip of a life time.
Thank to Colby, Gardner Tour and all the people of Cuba for a wonderful time.

Colby is a fabulous tour guide. His knowledge, his Spanish and his personality are above reproach. The cigar tour to Cuba was fantastic. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the best, I give Colby 1000. Yes, he is that good.

My three sons and a friend spent six days exploring Cuban sites and culture. What a wonderful experience to share and we couldn’t have done it without our guide, Colby. His knowledge and proficiency in Spanish were top notch and made all the difference – no worries about safety, transportation or the quality of activities/accommodations. We split our time between Havana and the breathtaking Vinales Valley and I wouldn’t change a thing.

Cuba is an amazing place. There isn't anywhere else in the world with a remotely similar history, culture, or overall experience. I will certainly be going back again to see what more the island has to offer and our tour guide was fantastic. He couldn't go 5 minutes in Havana without bumping into someone that he knew and this gave us the opportunity to see parts of Cuba that would otherwise have been a challenge. It also allowed us to have particularly unique experiences that I will look back on fondly. There aren't any activities that we did that I wish we hadn't done and the tour overall was structured in a way that was very conducive to learning about the area without it feeling like just a history lesson. I would absolutely come back here eventually. 10/10!

This was my first time in Cuba, and I couldn’t have been happier with Colby and Gardner Tours. I’ve been an avid cigar smoker for over 20 years, and I decided to finally pull the trigger on a cigar vacation in Cuba. Over the course of the week, we spent the first half of the vacation in Havana, and the second half in Vinales, which is in the Pinar del Rio area of Cuba. We were able to tour the Partagas factory, visit the tobacco farms, and meet with the farmers who grow the tobacco. We ate at fantastic restaurants and drank cocktails at some of the most famous bars in Havana.
I highly recommend Colby and Gardner Tours. If you’re looking for an expert guide in Cuba and its people, this is the tour guide for you. Colby was with us the entire trip, planned all of the details, and made sure that we were happy and taken care of. I will absolutely be taking another trip to Cuba with Gardner Tours in the future.

This was the second time I have traveled with Gardner Tours under Colby Gardner's lead. And it was better than the first time!
Colby knows Cuba, the culture and the people. Yes, you can go there alone, but you can never have the experience you get with Colby and his team! It's just too spread out and the streets can be very confusing.
Colby's team are ALL entertaining and knowledgeable! The Havana tour in the old convertibles... getting the history of the country and its many iterations... Colby's stories really do make the trip so much more valuable!
Colby and his team offer a number of tour options to choose from but don't miss, Lorena and her amazing cocktail lesson! She is so sweet and knows her stuff! Juan Carlos and his expert knowledge on cigar rolling, the tobacco, and how they pair with various spirits, coffee or Chocolate! We tried them all! Not to forget Danay, our sweet and accommodating BnB host in Viñales (They had WIFI!!)
I dont have the words to express the advantage of taking a custom and personal tour like Gardner Tours offers, where it is just you, your family and your friends, enjoying the amazing and beautiful Cuban country and people.
You really should give Colby a call and see how amazing this island is just 90 miles off of our coast. I promise... You've not experienced anything like this!
