Renee was the greatest....

It is with a heavy heart that I have to report that Renee passed away after a brief illness a few months ago. She will be missed by so many. Anyone who's life was touched by Renee is surely richer for the experience. Her passion for sharing the underwater world was unsurpassed; her energy and humor was contagious. Anyone who ever heard her token "yoo - hoo" will certainly never forget her. Good bye, my friend, I hope the fish wherever you are truly breath-taking.

Night snorkel; if you want to see Morays...

Renee in one-on-one.
For a night snorkel asked if we wanted lobsters or eels; we said eels.
We saw 25-30 eels. No kidding!
One small pod of 6 small (baby) eels nested together. Cute (as an eel can be)!
She is straight-forward. Enjoy your time with her.
It was my adult daughter and I; no category for that. She picked us up at our villa.

Small group snorkel tour with a pro is the best!!

Excellent snorkel tour of the beautiful Bonaire with a seasoned guide!! Renee is the best! My boyfriend and I went on this tour with 2 others from our Norwegian cruise ship. It is a tour from the shore, but Renee helps on every step of the way, ensuring that everyone is safe and comfortable. She is a wealth of knowledge of all the marine life you may see. Thanks for an amazing experience!!

Great Snorkeling

Renee picked us up at the cruise port. She was waiting with our names on a sign. She was easy to find.

We snorkeled in shallow and deep waters. What an adventure !!! Renee is very knowledgeable about marine life.

Renee picked us up at our villa and took us to a couple of spots along the Kralendijk waterfront to snorkel the shallow reefs. She worked hard, and accommodated our difficulty with bad knees and used locations with easy access. She guided us and pointed out scores of fishes and creatures, making it a great learning experience. Being anglers, we were particularly impressed with the number and size of the tarpon and bonefish we saw. Renee was also a great source of information about Bonaire in general. Highly recommended.

Best Snorkeling Ever

We traveled a very short distance from our hotel and had the best snorkeling day ever. Renee has been on Bonaire over 25 years and is clearly passionate about fish and snorkeling. My husband and I booked time with her and had her all to ourselves. We did 2 stops pretty close to our hotel and saw more things than we have ever seen. We saw 100s of fish species, 2 octopuses, squids, and lots of eels. Renee is a snorkeling expert and knows how to find the best things in the water. She will also customize the trip. I can’t recommend Renee enough! A few days earlier we did a large group snorkeling trip on Aruba. There is no comparison. I would book Renee again in a heartbeat

Wonderful experience!

We would highly recommend snorkeling with Renee. As relatively infrequent snorkelers--we get out once a year if we're lucky--it was wonderful to get out with someone so experienced & knowledgeable.

Renee was a wealth of information about the fish and also just helped us feel comfortable and confident. We did the three-stop day trip as well as a night snorkel and they were both spectacular. Bonaire's underwater treasures are as amazing as you've heard! Renee is friendly, helpful and an excellent guide to seeing all there is to see.

She got my petrified sister to snorkel and she loved it

I booked this with Renee based on all the reviews and knew that if anyone could get my sister to snorkel it would be Renee. My sister almost drowned on her honeymoon 30 years ago while snorkeling somewhere else. She agreed to try again. Renee had such great patience with her. She got in and had to get out again to calm her nerves. Renee just kept talking and waiting eventually she got back in and as my sister said "i think I left finger prints on her arm" I had such a tight grip on her. She got out and loved it. I went that afternoon with her and loved it saw so many things. My husband and i did a night snorkel. Oh my that was totally awesome saw lots and I mean of eels. Talked about it so much the kids who are divers did the snorkel trip later in the week and loved it also. Highly highly recommend Renee for anyone. She is a miracle worker with those who are afraid. opened a whole new world for my sister. we are coming back in a few years and hoping to book with Renee again. She loves the ocean and its inhabitants and you can tell.

perfect afternoon

we took a snorkel excursion in the morning and this one in the afternoon. the weather was not great but good enough to enjoy the reef close to the ship. thank you renee for all the information!
