My wife and I are total rookies. Prior to our 1 week stay in Bonaire, we only had two dives under our belts outside of class which we just took in July. I know I wanted a guide but I also wanted private. 4WheelDiving caters to people like me. We wound up diving 7 unique dive sites with Yago! It was awesome. Yago even picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. It was so convenient and Yago’s truck is set up to dive complete with a shower for rinsing off and hooks on the side bed racks to hang your things while kitting up or down. The in between dive meals were excellent as well. After our 7 dives with Yago, he was very gracious in renting us our wetsuits and bc’s so that we could do a few dives on our own to finish out our trip. He also made some calls for us and helped us book a private sunset cruise with his friends on the Woodwind. We can’t recommend Yago and 4WheelDiving enough! He made our trip so enjoyable and helped give us the confidence to do some easy shore dives on our own. Did I mention one of our dives with Yago was on his beautiful house reef………at night? Oh my, that dive alone was worth the trip to Bonaire! It was epic in that we got to spend some time with an octopus! If you’re looking for small private guided dives, then call Yago and 4WheelDiving!

This year we rented a villa on Bonaire for our group and decided to go with 4 Wheel Diving for the truck rental and the tank packages.
I was blown away by the quality of the truck, it almost seemed brand new to me. When I picked up the truck the staff went over everything in great detail with me and made sure I understood how everything worked. It literally came with everything needed for a top shore diving experience.
Because of the size of the group, we opted for the tank delivery service. They delivered tanks to the villa each morning for us, we always had plenty of tanks waiting for us at the villa and never ran short.
Thank you 4 Wheel Diving for making this a smooth trip and making my planning and execution smooth and painless. See you soon!

Our vacation dive experience at 4 Wheel Diving with Vanessa and her staff was excellent. We went looking for 4 Wheel Diving when we arrived on the island based on the excellent reviews. The cozy dive shop is easy to locate and in a beautiful boatyard. Vanessa was able to customize a schedule for 3 days 2 tank dive trips and a night dive that allowed time for other activities. We found Vanessa to be locally known and liked by everyone we met. Her knowledge of diving is vast and expert. Along with all the expertise we found Vanessa to be loads of fun and the activities were all a pleasure. The truck set up is incredible, equipped with a shower, awning, lockbox and a cooler to keep drinks and food cold, our surface interval was literally like day camping, looking at the beautiful sea while eating tasty snacks and refreshing beverages. The night dive at the house reef was especially satisfying and spectacular. We even received pictures Vanessa had taken during all the dives. We were very happy with 4 Wheel Diving and Vanessa and we highly recommend her, her shop and services. We look forward to a return to 4 Wheel Diving and diving with Vanessa again soon.

Where to begin? My wife and I are keen divers and had decided to head to Bonaire specifically to pack in a week of diving.
These guys were amazing, my wife and I are pretty stingy on using our air and we were allowed to dive for as long as the air was sufficient in the tanks, so many of the dives were a comfortable 60 mins plus - you will struggle to find anyone so accommodating among their competition. Safety standards A1 and the dive sites you will go to are amazing. They will also take your input on the types of dive sites you like and which ones you think would be interesting to go to, which is cool and again unusual. Must also mention that group size is never an issue, because they only offer private services.
'Thorough' and 'professional' is a huge understatement and the truck was the very best in terms of quality and comfort we have ever seen or are likely to see. I was also highly tempted to do an additional PADI course with them, but ran out of time and the diving was far too good!

Went in for anti-fog for snorkel masks, ended up on a discovery dive the next day with Vanessa. It is by far our favorite memory from our trip. Vanessa was incredible and sold us on a dive with 4 Wheel Diving. She knows her stuff but is so relaxed we felt like we were hanging out with our friends at home. She was thorough, knowledgeable
and downright fun! Be on the lookout for seahorses and frogfishes on a dive with her! We did a discovery dive off the shore at 4 Wheel Diving location named Puerto Blanco, great reef and lots of sea life. It's like you are swimming in an aquarium. We would highly recommend 4 Wheel Diving to anyone looking for a great dive and a once in a lifetime, underwater experience!

Unfortunately, we were only able to dive with 4 Wheel Diving Divers for 2 days, after having spent 5 days with other dive shop. I would gladly have spent the whole time here. As soon as I walked onto the premises, I knew this was a place for serious divers. Having worked with dive operators in the Caribbean, Red Sea and Indonesia, this place just felt right. The owners, are personable and knowledgeable, and the rest of the staff are top-notch as well. Although we had our own gear, theirs was in beautiful shape and extremely well-cared-for. Their extraordinary dive trucks are the best, the shower, the awning, the food... We had a blast! There are no enforced time limits, and as long as you know what you're doing, the guides are there just to help, not to interfere. The house reef is stunning, ask for a night dive there. We would definitely consider this for a quick dive getaway. My husband and I really enjoyed our time with them and we look forward to another visit.

Our family of 4 ,2 adults and 2 children ages 10 and 12 years old visited Bonaire for the first time in July 2021. We booked a day of 2 tank dives with 4 Wheel Diving. My daughter, the 10 year old, had just finished her open water certification days before our trip. These were her first ocean dives! Our first dive was at Salt Pier, and the second was at The Lake.
Yago was amazing. I really appreciate that he helped us set up our tanks and get in and out of the water. These were also our first shore dives! He was attentive both in and out of the water. We loved the sodas and cookies, and the shower was awesome. The services was truly wonderful.
These were our very first (I know, so many firsts!) dives as a family, and I will never forget them. I can't imagine having created such special memories with anyone other than 4 Wheel Diving

Yago, the owner of 4WD is such a rad instructor- hands down my fav that I have ever dived with. Great guy! He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and I felt very confident in his abilities! He takes his time and undivided attention to ensure the utmost safety, and his equipment, facility, and location are top notch! I would recommend diving with 4WD to anyone looking for the best experience on the island! 🤙🏼🌊🌞

What an incredible dive experience and company! Yago made me feel very comfortable underwater because I was a bit scared for my first dive. Yago explained everything very well from the start till the end of the dive. He showed me nice bubble tricks and showed amazing underwater creatures i've never seen before. Even 2 turtles! This adventure is definitely the highlight of my trip in Bonaire and I would absolutely recommend 4WD. Absolutely the best diving school of the island! I will be back! Thank you for this unforgettable experience.

Yago and his team are kind, flexible, and extremely informed about the best places to dive around the island. I felt extremely safe with him, learned so much, and had tons of fun diving all week long! We saw beautiful coral, fish, rays, octopus, seahorses, and sea turtles.
The 4 Wheel Diving team went above and beyond, giving us the must see things to do and places to eat around the island. They took our group to the caves where we hiked and snorkeled, and they provided a catered lunch on our last day.
Definitely recommend. I’ll be back 🙌
