The crew were funny and friendly, but most importantly, they took very good care of us. We were a diverse group with skills from certified divers to one friend that could not swim.... They sized us up as they handed out equipment and for the experienced, they said, go on, jump over the side. For the nervous, they handed out... More

Wim was the boat captain. He was friendly and informative along with Evelyn and other guy I forgot his name. We were treated with a delicious mango punch and then unlimited juice soda beer and rum punch. One stop snorkeling was good with lots large angel fish. The sail boat ride was amazing with great views and very relaxing. After... More

The crew, Wim and Marcel, are phenomenal. We have been to Bonaire five times and this was my first actual good snorkel tour. Who knew that putting a life vest around the waist would be the better option. they provided fins and masks for those needing them Wim prepared a BBQ of chicken, beef burgers and steaks with various salads... We had a wonderful time with Compass! Beautiful sailboat, knowledgeable crew, fabulous snorkelling! The crew guided us in the water, pointing out sea turtles and some exotic fish. They adjusted our snorkel equipment (we are beginners) and were extremely helpful. Delightful experience from beginning to end. We would highly recommend this company.

Captain Gordon and 1st mate Marcel did an excellent job in everything from sailing the boat, to drinks, food, and snorkeling! We had a wonderfully relaxing 2 hour sail and even saw the "green flash" at sunset! Highly recommend sailing with Compass!

The crew of the boat were such professional and welcoming people. We were entertained with stories of Bonaire and their home life in the Netherlands. We were fed excellent hand made sandwiches and other snacks and had a very nice beverage selection as well for enjoying the afternoon on the water. Our snorkeling guide was a young lady that had... We joined others from our cruise ship to form a party of 14 to take a sailing and snorkeling trip aboard the Compass. The group had been organized by an individual who had sailed before on the Compass via the Cruise Critic web site. We met Captain Wim about 9:00 AM among the group of tour operators gathered under shelters... More

My first attempt at snorkelling and I was slightly nervous but with the help and great patience of the lovely Evelyn this turned out to be a fantastic experience. We saw numerous fish, turtle, octopus fab. We booked the trip on the day in the port, 3 couples. We were offered drinks constantly and plates of delicious snacks kept appearing.... More

Excellent sail and snorkel with the Compass crew out of the Plaza Resort Marian (5 min from cruise terminal). Very clear water and lots of fish. Followed by Dutch treats to eat and soda/beer to drink.

We had a snorkel trip with Compass but ended up going on another sailing vessel as the Compass was full. That turned out nice since there were only 4 of us on board. The crew was very nice and the snacks and drinks were equally nice as well. The water is beautiful but the storm (Matthew) did effect the water... More
