We are sorry to hear you feel this way. Unfortunately, there were issues with the van selected for your tour. We called you ahead of time to inform you that the tour was delayed because of this, which you told us was fine.
The replacement van was on its way within an hour and we sent our guide to your location to inform you about the issues in person, instead of calling.
We did everything we could to let this tour continue as soon as possible and provided a 25% refund for the inconvenience caused on our side.
As we did provide you with a reasonable solution, when you decided not to agree to this, you therefore cancelled your tour. Our canecellation policy clearly states that we do not offer refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour date.
Despite this policy, we still provided a 25% refund for the inconvenience.
Nevertheless, we do hope that you enjoyed our beautiful island.
