FYI the Mangrove Tour is on Bonaire, not Curacao.

The nature fee differentiates between diving, for which a fee of US$ 25 applies, and swimming, snorkeling, and sailing for which a fee of US$ 10. For the kayak tour the fee of US$ 10 is sufficient. You can pay the fee at the... More

Just call when you get to Bonaire. They come and pick you up. I do not remember the cost but it was well worth it.
