We are a small cozy SSI "dive academy" dive center centrally located. With small groups, personal attention, the deepest training pool on island, tanks in multiple sizes, a dive boat and great air quality our main focus is to create the best possible atmosphere for our divers and guests. Find our resort on premises with a lush green garden and a pool.

I had just a couple of hours and a real desire to see the waters off Bonaire. Was able to arrange a "buddy dive" with one of the instructors at TD. Expert and easy going guy (can't remember his name right off the bat, but he was Dutch) made everything go smoothly - we even caught close-up views of two large sea turtles! It was like out of a movie!! From reserving a spot through the end of the tour, I can say it was flawless - I highly recommend this professional dive shop!

I showed up at the dive shop with little diving experience and some family members with no experience. We spent a week diving with them. Best holiday ever! They accommodated our needs and turned my family into divers. I recommend this dive shop to anyone who want fun, stress free dives with knowledgeable, experienced guides and teachers.

I booked a 2-tank shore dive directly with Tropical Divers while docked in Bonaire on a cruise and had a great experience. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process from first contact to the drop off at the pier at the end of the day. Prisca was super-responsive to my booking inquiry and questions prior to arrival and the dive master, Geert, was extremely knowledgeable and a great guide during our dives. The rental gear was also in very good condition. I would highly recommend Tropical Divers to anyone looking for an outstanding SCUBA experience in Bonaire.

Had an amazing experience during my 8 day diving Vacation. The staff was extremely freindly and very professional, especially Michael who was my instructor for most of my time there.Also I'm sure I got the most for my money at the shop - the price for instructed dives was very reasonable and I practically had private instructed dives which added a lot of value. Would Definitely go back!

I have visited Tropical Divers for three consecutive years and find that it is always a value-added experience. It is a small, friendly dive shop and I feel that I receive a lot of personalized attention and tips to improve my diving. I completed an SSI Navigation course with them a couple of years ago and during my recent visit (in Jan. '24) I took the three dive PADI Coral Restoration Specialty course. The instructor, Geert, is very personable, skillful and patient and truly seems to enjoy teaching. I'm old enough to be his grandmother and I'm a relatively new diver, but he brought out the best in me, strengthened my skills, and helped me build my technique in coral reef restoration. He obviously cares deeply about the reefs and ocean and imparts his experience and knowledge both in the classroom and through demonstrations in the water. Geert is courteous, fun and intuitive. He has a knack for putting students at ease and supporting them in their diving skill development. Even when I struggled briefly with a skill in turbulent water, he turned it into a valuable learning moment and I gained from it. He has a lovely philosophy about diving that involves elegance and efficiency. I always learn so much when diving with him. I can't wait to start working with the corals and applying my new skills. I highly recommend Tropical Divers to all levels of divers.

We had a wonderful experience with Tropical Divers! It was our first time diving and our trainer, Geertz, was super attentive and patient with us, and their office staff, especially Prisca, were so pleasant and inviting...and the have the cutest mascot named Roger!
We came across Tropical Divers from Kevin and Liz's youtube channel. We're so glad we did! We always gravitate towards the more local services when we travel versus the larger resort types. Tropical Divers exceeded expectations! We will be going back on our next visit to lovely Bonaire! Can't wait! Thanks again Tropical Divers!

I returned to Tropical Divers on Bonaire during my second visit to the island. Their staff is professional, attentive and friendly. I did two marvelous dives with Geert and recommend him for his enthusiasm, upbeat attitude and constructive comments about diving. As a relatively new senior diver, I appreciate feedback. Geert is an inspiring instructor and I always feel safe with him. He really knows and cherishes the reefs and the marine wildlife. I started a Coral Restoration course with him, and learned so much about coral growth and preservation. I'm still studying and will definitely finish the course on my next visit, which will be soon. In my opinion, Geert is an excellent instructor and guide for any level of diver. He is fun to dive with and helped me get past a couple of not-so-good habits that built up from a lapse in diving. My diving definitely improved thanks to Geert.

We were in Bonaire for 10 days with our college aged sons and another family. We are experienced divers, but our friends had just had their certification dive in Colorado and finished it in Bonaire. Sylvia and her crew took such good care of them and the Instructor who did their check out dive was thorough and yet made it all fun. We rented gear from them and got our air and Nitrox from them. They are such a pleasure to work with, had nice gear and gave us great recommendations—both on diving and on local places to eat. Would recommend them highly. We will definitely use them again on our next trip to Bonaire…and I can’t wait to return!!

We arrived on Bonaire on Saturday. We did two open water dives on Sunday and two on Monday to finish out certification. Tropical Divers was incredible. Jack was our instructor. He did a fantastic job. We also went out on a Tropical Divers excursion with a group from a cruise ship. Jack was the dive master that day. He knew where to take us. We saw turtles, an octopus, all kinds of fish and coral. It was an amazing day. Sylvia, Prisca and Jack were all fantastic. They made us feel like family from the get go. We're already planning our next dive trip with Tropical Divers on Bonaire.

Me and my son followed a dive course. We really enjoyed ut. Wonderful people and a very patient instructur who made us feel comfortable in every way. We are grateful for the new world we can now discover and for the best and most friendly service we could ever wish for :). We highly reccomend Tropical divers!
