My wife and I took beginner windsurfing lessons for two days with Jason. Both of us have taken a lesson once or twice before. But nothing compares to the Dunkerbeck Pro Center at Loc Bay - Beautiful weather, warm crystal clear water, typically 3 feet deep. Everyone at the center was very friendly and helpful, and Jason is just an awesome instructor. There is also a great restaurant and bar on site. It’s a beautiful place to spend the day. Would highly recommend this facility. My wife and I will definitely be back to do more windsurfing soon!

Dunkerbeck Pro Center on Bonaire is fantastic. The staff are super-positive, helpful and knowledgeable. Flo and Jason are excellent and very experienced windsurfing instructors. We took lessons on planing, jibing and free-style from them. They tailored each lesson to meet our needs and were highly effective. We had some lessons with the audio head-set equipment, which was also great. Ben, Malou, Paul and Louis, in addition to Jason and Flo, are always enthusiastic about setting up the gear for customers and are happy to give advice on what board and sail to use under current conditions. We saw Malou and Paul give beginner lessons to kids and adults who later returned for more lessons from them because they had such a good experience. And the gear. Wow. I believe that Dunkerbeck is the only place on the island that offers Professional level gear, as well as the standard beginner and premium gear. We had never used professional gear before - and we most certainly aren’t pros - but using their gear is incredibly fun. Actually, a game-changer. We were like kids in a candy shop when deciding what to take out, given Dunkerbeck’s wide selection. Dunkerbeck is managed in a professional yet easy-going way. It has a great vibe and certainly enhances a windsurfing holiday. Essentially, it doesn’t get any better than Dunkerbeck.
