Easy walk from the pier. Quick, clear Kayak safety brief. Gentle 1 mile kayak ride to secluded beach. Once there, great variety of fish to enjoy while snorkeling for an hour or more, Another 1 mile kayak ride back toward ship.

Booked this excursion through Royal Caribbean cruise line and thoroughly enjoyed it. We launched from an area that was a short walk from the ship. Kayak Tours Bonaire provided a bottle of water and large dry bags to keep our "stuff" dry as we kayaked to a private beach. As others have said, it's about a mile (?) paddle to the beach in beautiful crystal clear water. There were only 6 of us on this tour so the paddle went rather quickly. Once on the beach, we were provided with snorkel gear and enjoyed about an hour of snorkeling off the beach. Got to see some colorful fish and coral reefs! Our guides were wonderful - very helpful and informative. After snorkeling we paddled back to the pier. Only wish we had more time. Would have been nice to just drift along a bit more in the kayaks to enjoy looking at the scenery and the sea life. Highly recommend this, especially if you enjoy a little physical activity.

It was very windy the day we landed in Bonaire. It was a short walk from the pier to where we launched the kayaks. Once everyone was in the water we headed for the beach where we snorkeled. Wish we had had more time but it was fun. Would do again. The crew was very good.

Well organised, just the right distance to kayak to beach as it was a windy day. Snorkelling was brilliant, saw lots of different fish and coral plus an eel. Booked through celebrity cruises, convenient to pier. Haven't seen our group photo 9/3 downloaded yet from company as promised

The attitude of one of staff was so bad. Three staffs took me to Kayak and Snokel. Two young staffs was friendly. But other staff, he was middle aged man, was arrogant. He spoke loudly and directed overberaing. His behavior messed up this tour.

sorry to hear that, but remember that we are also there for your safety. When there is a big group, we have to speak loud, so everybody listens to the instructions. Again, for your SAFETY.

The ride includes a 1.2 mile kayak ride to a beach. There is a glass bottom in the kayak so you can see the bottom of the ocean while riding. After that you can take some snorkeling in the beach which definitely worth taking, since Bonaire is one of the best places to dive and see different kinds of fish.

Excellent gear and lovely guides. Compared to many cruise ship booked tours this one exceeded expectations and seemed reasonable value too. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience

After a short walk from the cruise ship dock the staff handled the launching of the kayaks proficiently. The two guides who led us to the snorkel site about a mile away were attentive and friendly.

The glass bottom kayaks were great especially with the tremendous water clarity Bonaire is famous for. Landing the kayaks through a narrow channel between the coral was controlled and well explained by them. The beach we then snorkeled off was one of the best my wife and I have experienced. Water clarity was exceptional and there was a tremendous quantity and variety of fish and corals. Didn’t want to leave.

We went on this excursion as part of our cruise with Princess Cruise Lines. They offer this twice a day, we went in the morning. The guides were incredible. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The equipment was top shelf and the experience was wonderful. We kayaked for about an hour, in glass bottom kayaks, to a white sandy beach where we exchanged our kayaks for snorkel gear. There is a coral reef right near the beach and we snorkeled for about an hour before returning to the kayaks for the trip back. We saw sea turtles, puffer fish, and many other colorful fish while on this excursion. We had all levels of experience on this excursion, from people who had never kayaked before to those of us who had done it many times. Without a doubt, this was the most enjoyable thing we did while on Bonaire.

We visited Bonaire as part of a cruise and booked the Kayak tour through Royal Caribbean excursions and what an excellent few hours we had.

The tour starts just a short walk away from the cruise terminal. Upon reaching the meeting location we were provided with life preservers, kayak, paddle and a bottle of water. We received a safety briefing and instructions that were both professional and humorous.

The tour begins with a paddle to a white sandy beach further along the shore, the distance is around a mile and with two people to a kayak is not particularly challenging for anyone who is half fit and healthy. The older or weaker person may struggle though.

Upon reaching the beach further instructions are issued along with snorkel gear including a buoyancy vest, goggles and snorkel. Then we were left to float in the sea for around 30-45 mins and explore the coral reef teaming with sea life before kayaking back to the starting location near the cruise ship.

The tour ended all too soon. Myself, my wife and daughter (age 11) all thoroughly enjoyed it and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an activity in which to participate whilst visiting Bonaire.
