nice dive spots

great for diving - every spot is different, a lot of fish and turtles. buddy dives are to be recommended. water is clear and the whole area is perfect for divers.

A short ferry ride takes you to a desert-island, beach paradise. It is feels totally remote and isolated. It's easy to find a private spot. I was so fortunate to see some turtle hatchlings race for the beach. Snorkeling is great. I didn't dive here, as they can only be approached by boat. You have to bring all your supplies... More

I spent 5 days shore diving in Bonaire but I did not want to miss Klein Bonaire! I decided to snorkel and although you cannot compare the experience (you see so much more while diving) I was amazed at the amount of turtles we saw. Don´t forget to bring everything you might need - water and snacks - and dive... More

You haven't experienced the essence of Bonaire until you been to Klein Bonaire. Truly a paradise. Excellent snorkeling. Beautiful white sand beaches. Only costs $15 for a round trip fare and the water taxi makes frequent trips. The only drawback is that there is very little shade anywhere on the island so bring a beach umbrella if you can and... I paid 15 dollars with the Carib tour boat and went over on the 230 pm trip. .. I met others in the beach as I went alone. I went with lots of water. Snacks and sunscreen. I had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and serene. What an unspoilt area...lots to swimming and snorkeling to do here. There... More

We did a boat dive over to Klein just to see the island and why it had to offer. I was surprised how close the island is to Bonaire and thought you could actually swim it if someone would kayak with you. The dive was good but not really better than Bonaire. You are with a guide which is nice.... More

Fantastic for snorkeling, fantastic for diving, fantastic beach to walk. You have two ways to get there, either by water taxi or hiring a boat. Definitely choose the first option: the water taxi ( only 15 USD per person ) will bring you ( and your bags, towels, food ) on shore, where's a hut to protect your items, and... More

Novice snorkeler here. Only my 2nd time. Had no idea what to expect. We took the water taxi from the city pier to Klein Bonaire. A 20-minute boat ride. Very comfortable. Good price; $45 round trip for three. Saw beautiful city views on the way over. Boat guide slowed and showed us where to enter the water for drift snorkel... More

Klein is a great place to go diving in Bonaire especially when the north side becomes a little choppy. You need a boat obviously, which is untrue of much of the rest of the island. Did you know Klein was privately owned prior to 1999 and almost became developed? Now it is a permanent Marine Park.

My husband and I reserved the water taxi from Spice (next door to Harbour Village) for $15 each. We have our own mask and snorkel but did rent find for an additional $10 each. We requested the snorkel drop off.... Aka they stop at the beach to drop off your bags/towels/etc and then drop you off up current to snorkel... More
