We took friends there last Friday night and the service was great. We enjoyed a drink in the bar before heading to our table. We have lived in Barbados for five years now and we keep saying Tides is our favourite restaurant and we know when we take someone there the experience is always the same, great!

Every time we visit Barbados we dine at The Tides Restaurant, located on the South side of Holetown. The location and ambience is just fantastic and the eclectic menu, presentation and cuisine is the very best you could wish for. There is a car parking vallet service, a fascination art galery where you can purchare pictures by local artists. Do... More

Tides has a fabulous menu; good silver service and is perfect if you are looking for this kind of meal. I had the short rib of beef; it was so tender - it literally melted in my mouth. The food is excellent quality and very well presented. Highly recommended.

Superb service, food and atmosphere. This was an amazing meal with a fantastic choice of dishes and the setting was delightful. Met the owner and chef on departure - who genuinely took your comments to heart. The service was superb yet discreet. Well done Tides

We had pre booked a table here as I had dined here before and loved it. We decided whilst in the area that we'd look at the gallery so he could see the inside. However I was asked 'what are you doing here' needless to say I cancelled our booking and won't be returning again

We always include Tides as one of our favorites while visiting Barbados. Try to have a table in a row close to the sea. I dined on the most delicious local lobster and started with local fresh oysters....and, I grew up eating Maine lobster, oysters...these were great!!! Kudos to Tides and their chef!
