A fun experience on a unique ship with a very attentive crew! My girlfriend and I took this excursion on a recent cruise and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our day started with a delayed docking of our cruise ship but the tour operators made sure we still got our full experience! We quickly disembarked the cruise ship and were shown onto buses that quickly took us to the dock where our sailboat awaited. It was an absolutely beautiful boat with the characteristic netting on the bow between the hulls. In addition, there was storage areas underneath the benches in the main area to stow your things. A quick ride over to our first snorkel site involved passing out masks, snorkels, and life vests. Our first site was a sunken ship in Carlisle Bay with interesting fish and coral to observe. Our second site was also in Carlisle Bay where the crew knew turtles, sting rays, and tarpon frequented (because they are fed fish scraps). Our final site was an opportunity to swim from the boat to Carlisle Bay beach. My girlfriend and I took this opportunity to just swim around for a bit and then re-board the sailboat to enjoy the complimentary rum punch. After leaving the final stop the crew raised one of the sails and we relaxed on the netting in the front of the boat. Overall this was a great trip and I recommend it to anyone wanting to experience a sailing catamaran!

Took the trip as a couple. Whole mix of people on our catamaran - including sole travellers and families. Well organised including the pick up from our hotel. Free drinks flowing (alcoholic and soft) provided throughout as well as lunch (we opted to do the lunch cruise).
The crew were excellent. Very friendly and super attentive to safety. 3 guys in the water during the snorkelling stops politely encouraging parents to stay close to their younger kids. Lifeguard on look out at the beach stop while people were using the slide and noodles in the water. Just a really fun crew and a great way to get off resort. Lunch time cruise picked us up about 845am and dropped off around 330pm.
Masks and snorkels provided. (Bring your fins if you have them). Male and female toilet on board. Places for sun worship as well as shade so everyone catered for.

Took a catamaran trip as part of an excursion on a cruise and felt it absolutley necessary to post a review as this was one of the highlights of my time in the Carribbean as I stopped at many islands. To say these guys were fabulous is an understatement as they made a focused effort to engage with all clients as well as safeguard everyone on board from any hazards or harm. Not to underscore the amazing reflexes they exhibited when keeping patrons food and drink from going on the deck. Nothing was by chance as each engaged in a concert of teamwork and effiency. Our Captain was "Jabari" but his crew of men including Kevin(aka-Sugah) were all just kind human beings. We had a great day to sail and were offered ample opportunity to snorkel while seeing a bunch of tropical fish, sting rays and a small but not insignificant tutrtle. (((On the way back we saw a great big chunky sea turtle nearly the size of a vw bug on the surface))). We then anchored and hunkered down for lunch followed by some more relaxation in the ocean with noodles and an aqua matt as the crew ushered drinks to clients...where will you find that service!?!?
The food and drink onboard was tasty and the drinks plentiful....great tunes as well-
Honestly, book with this company as they really earn their money and will bend over backwards to see to it you have a great time.

My husband and I had the pleasure of joining a catamaran cruise hosted by Tiami Catamaran Cruises during our stay at the Dover Beach Hotel in Barbados. From the very start, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. We were picked up from our hotel right on time, transported by a comfortable, air-conditioned bus. The driver was not only friendly but also highly professional, making our journey to the catamaran smooth and pleasant.
The cruise itself turned out to be the highlight of our holiday. Despite my previous reservations about sea sickness due to past experiences, I had a completely delightful time without any discomfort. The Tiami team went above and beyond to ensure everyone's comfort and enjoyment. The food served on board was delicious and plentiful, paired with an unlimited supply of drinks that kept our spirits high. The music was fantastic, creating a lively atmosphere that had everyone dancing as we sailed back to shore.
One of the most memorable parts of the cruise was the opportunity to swim with turtles and observe stunning marine life up close. We also stopped at a breathtaking beach where I enjoyed swimming to the shore and back, adding to the day's incredible experiences.
I highly recommend Tiami Catamaran Cruises to anyone visiting Barbados. The price was extremely reasonable, especially given the quality of the experience. This cruise is not just a trip; it's an unforgettable experience that my husband and I will treasure forever. Went out on the 5 star lunch trip today and it was definitely worth 5 stars. The crew were great fun but also extremely professional- at each snorkelling site we had 2 crew in the water acting as guides and safety. We saw 2 shipwrecks, plenty of fish and sting rays. Jonathan did a great job on the food- a delicious lunch with ample for all.

We had a great time! We booked the 5 hour lunch buffet cruise for 4 adults and 2 kids (13 & 11). The trip was great from the snorkeling and swim time to the relaxing and lunch but it was made even better by the phenomenal crew. Ryan, Alan, Kenny and Mikey were awesome! They were funny, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and having fun. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

We booked a cruise ship excursion which was with Tiami Catamaran Cruises ⛵️
The crew were absolutely fantastic.. 😁 they went above and beyond for everyone.. 🙌🏼
The crew members actively informed snorkelers where any turtles and stingrays were 🤿 We saw at least one turtle 🐢 and several stingrays, as well as several breeds of fish 🐠 🐟 Crew members also jumped in the sea with passengers who needed gentle encouragement and support to jump in ⛵️ they were full of energy throughout 🙌🏼
Once the snorkelling was done 🤿 the bar was open. There were several alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available including rum, vodka, beer, fizzy drinks, water and juices. Crew members brought drinks to those in the ocean 🌊 and passengers were regularly checked in to see if they wanted a top up 🍹
The tunes had a great selection for all 🎶 and the crew took a moment to celebrate many occasions including anniversaries, honeymoons and birthdays 🥳 this was a wonderful touch to the sailing experience ⛵️
The lunch was delicious 🍗 The options included chicken or fish with vegetable rice and/or macaroni pie. There was also salad and a beautiful slaw that was so fresh and seasoned deliciously. There were also cakes including a carrot cake and a chocolate cake. The sponge cakes were yummy 😋
One of our groups phones’ lanyards loosened whilst they were swimming, resulting in the lanyard with the phone and cruise card heading towards the bottom of the sea 🌊 One of the crew jumped in and retrieved the phone. Thank you so much 🙏🏼
This is a must do trip ⛵️ even if you don’t see any turtles 🐢 you’ll have a fantastic time 🎶 the vibes were on point 🌊

The Tiami catamaran we sailed on (yellow paint, can't remember the name of the boat) was comfortable and handled the surprisingly rough waters with ease, thanks to the well-trained crew. We didn’t venture all that far from the dock in Bridgetown, maybe a few nautical miles, but we did go to the popular and remarkably beautiful Carlisle Bay for snorkeling and then a different beach for swimming. Through no fault of the crew, we couldn't get close to the beach because of the rough surf and had to swim in deep water, which wasn't as relaxing as I would have hoped, as I’m not a great swimmer. I would like to have seen a bit more of the Barbados coastline as well.
I'm not sure if all Tiami catamaran cruises are like this one, but this boat was ROWDY. Loud music, hilarious and fun crew, dancing, and plenty of food and alcohol included in the price. A fun time and well worth the money. Just be prepared for a party boat more than a peaceful outing on the water. Most of us had a blast, but I could see that about 20% of the passengers were put off by the rather lively atmosphere.

Fantastic day trip with Tiami Cruises!
Simple booking process and pick up from our hotel included.
We had a wonderful cruise on a large catamaran, with great snorkelling and swimming opportunities (lifejackets and snorkels all provided too)
The open bar was included in the price, as was lunch, which was a delicious Bajan buffet!
The staff were all wonderful and made the experience great fun.
We would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of a trip in Barbados!

The guides were amazing, the refreshments were fantastic, and the snorkeling was great.
We were provided masks and snorkels, but no fins. Snorkeling in the tide with no fins was an aerobic workout. Bring your own fins to have a much better time!

We had about 20 on ours which was a perfect number. Some of the cruises we passed were packed. Just check numbers when you book . The crew were fantastic and boat huge

One person has mobility issues. He would not do the snorkeling, etc. How difficult for him to get on and off the ship at the dock?

Just like the other answers the crew was great, we had older folks on our cruise with mobility issues and they didn’t snorkel but enjoyed the day out and the sun. They will accommodate them to make it a joy.

We went up as far as speightstown and we also stopped over near holetown ...and we stopped over the shipwreck that was really nice....I don’t think you will be disappointed they run cruises all the time so are very knowledgable on the island and will take you to all the best places...
The crew are great..very experienced and friendly..and the food is great....😎

I am thinking about booking this tour. Do they feed the turtles to bring them in or do you just happen to see them? I saw a video where the turtles were being fed.

They did not feed them on our trip. Beware if the weather is windy, you will likely not go to the primary turtle area due to larger waves and murky water conditions. This happened to us. Their backup area is pretty bleak on the bottom and is crowded with other boats trying to see the 2 turtles resting on the bottom. I would not go if the winds are up.

I am not the best with boats but would really love to do a Catmaran trip during my stay next week. This one seems to be very good. I just wondered how rough the sea typically is. I realise it depends on weather conditions but the pictures all look very calm and I probably could manage if it wasn't too rocky.

It is a nice size vessel. you should be ok. They don't go out far enough to cause sea sickness.
It is a bit of a PARTY boat. so after snorkeling expect the music to get loud and some guests to over partake on the rum punch. The was far more discouraging for me than the ride itself
