This is a great trip. We visited off of a cruise ship and had NO issue finding the tour guide, getting around, and getting back to the ship on time. It was also cheaper than booking through the cruise line. Caves are BEAUTIFUL!!

We were booked so I could show my friends the beautiful island of Bermuda. Juanita, the owner, was great and had knowledge of the Island. However, her bus broke down 3/4 of the trip in and it went downhill from there. She finally got another bus to take us to St. Hamilton where she told us we could wait for another bus to take us to the ship or we could take the ferry. The ferry no longer runs out of St. George, how she didn't know this is beyond me. We walked 1/4 mile there and 1/4 mile back to find out no ferry. Two hours later, after much confusion about the bus with the other travelers, she sent a rickely old bus. When I asked for a partial refund, which she did not initially offer until I wrote, she was very rude. Thought I should have had sympathy for her situation rather than ask for a refund. She said she "red flagged" me which I don't even know what that means. Also, according to the itinerary we were suppose to be at Horseshoe Bay for 20-30 minutes, and we only had a photo op outside of the bus on a busy road looking down a hill at the beach.

We did both the Crystal & Fantasy caves tour. Took about 20 min each tour, as there were only 4 people in our group that day, which was unusual. Very interesting talks from both tour guides. Glad we went!

The beach itself is gorgeous! Besides the aqua blue water and pink sand, this beach also has some rock climbing you can do for beautiful views, and a alcove to the side where it is like a bay with less waves. Very scenic beach with an area for changing, bathrooms and a place to get drinks and refreshments and umbrellas and canopies. Chairs were provided at no cost. Now for the bus ride to get there. It was sufficient, but the driver did not explain anything about the area while he drive us to the beach. Not a Word! I have never been in an excursion transport where the driver did not interact or share information about the area. But we had a different driver for the ride home and he was very good. He told us to ask him anything and he explained a lot about the structures of the buildings, what the roofs were made of and much more. I took off one point for the first bus driver who seemed very uninterested in us as tourists. It was pretty expensive just for a ride to the beach, even with the promo of 50 dollars off the excursion. Which meant my husband technically was free. But other people advised us we should have just taken a taxi-it’s cheaper and you do not have a time limit. I wish we would have done that because we felt rushed at the beach-checking the time constantly so we wouldn’t miss our ride back to the cruise ship.

Juanita was an excellent tour guide. She knows the island so well. We had so much fun learning about the beautiful island of Bermuda. We would definitely do this tour over and over again. There were many stops along the way to take pictures and walk around Hamilton and St. George.
