So I have been visiting Bermuda for 30 years...one of the must do's is to get out on a boat. A hotel ferry or the local ferries are even a great experience, deep sea fishing is cool if you have a teenage son, reef fishing on a flat bottomed is ok, a clipper is great for a sporty vibe but for sheer sailing bliss....come here first. Leaving all the engines behind - the aeroplane/taxi/scooter/cruise ship whatever......Immaculate Cat-elegant sailing, very accommodating Captain and Admiral (Bermudian thoroughbreds) and ladies - the loo is perfect! Gentle swaying, hypnotic, breezy, chill out. Turquoise waters obviously, turtles occasionally, 3 months worth of R and R in 3 hours guaranteed. I have been home for 5 days and I'm already saving up to go back. Thanks Ritchie and Maureen!

This sail boat is immaculately kept and captain Ritchie and admiral Maureen are the nicest people you could meet, we had a super 3 hour cruise around the sound and under sail through the small private islands that make up paradise islands,the boat is well equipped and the guys running it very friendly and knowledgable , it's super safe and the captain has a lot of experience of the seas and currents and handles the boat beautifully , all you have to do is relax soak up the sun and stunning scenery but with the added attraction of being powered by the .

I'd do this again in a heartbeat. Capt. Richie and Maureen were wonderful hosts, our group was completely comfortable spending the afternoon with them. We visited a shipwreck, learned many facts about the island, wildlife and sea. We snorkeled a reef, Captain Richie even joined and explained what we were seeing. America's cup boats passing in the background...amazing. They served fresh fruit and beverages were available for purchase. The boat is wonderful, plenty of room for our group of 7, water is beautiful and the ride was smooth....highly recommend.

The best day of our vacation was spent with Maureen and Richie onboard the Happy Cat! We booked our private snorkel/sail trip for 5 people including three 20 year-olds. Capt. Richie brought us to a beautiful cove for snorkeling followed by a sail in the bay and finished with cliff jumping. Maureen and Richie were delightful and very accommodating. We will definitely book another excursion with Maureen and Richie when we visit Bermuda again.

Maureen and Rich took my family out for a day on the Happy Cat. It was our favorite vacation day in beautiful Bermuda. The snorkeling and swimming was awesome and they were terrific hosts making sure we had everything we needed. Well worth the the price.

What a great time with Captain Richie and Maureen. We casually cruised to private locations, while passing the crowded boats booked through cruise charters. Richie and Maureen are constantly trying to make it a memorable time and are knowledgeable about all things Bermuda. Highlight of our trip to the island!

My husband and I were on a cruise in May and decided to do a private sailing tour around the island instead of being with 100 other people on a booze cruise that the cruise company sold. Richard and Maureen were extremely hospitable and had snacks and drinks for us. The trip lasted about 3 hours and it was totally with the money. Maureen told us so much about the island. If I ever come back to Bermuda, this will be on my lost of things to do!

fantastic sunset sail around Bermuda harbor ..Maureen and Richie were very knowledgeable about various locations and were nice enough to drop us back at our hotel. Thank you so much for a memorable anniversary excursion

Beautiful morning of sailing and snorkeling. My wife and I were in Bermuda with my daughter and son in law for their "Baby Moon". This is your best choice for an excursion. The boat is immaculate and the owners are knowledgeable and friendly. They know just the right spots.

Don,t miss out on a great experience. Why take a catamaran and snorkel tour with a large group when you can hire this private excursion for your own small group at the same price. Capt. Richie was easy going, very informative about the island, and an experienced operator. I would recommend Sea Splash again and again.

Hi Marji
Thanks for reaching out to us! We are a 34' Sailing Catamaran that provides private charters for small groups such as yours. We do not have a set tour as we tailor our tours to what our guests would like. Most commonly we sail around and do some sightseeing and then stop into a shallow cove where you can go swimming or try some snorkeling. Our day tours are a minimum of 3 hours If you have something particular you would like to see or do we are happy to accommodate.
We also offer a 2 hour sunset sail.
We are still available in the afternoon on October 19th. Please contact us directly via email so I can send you our rate sheet and and our booking policies.
