We wanted to visit the information centre but found it to be closed. This seems to be a permanent closure. We had to visit some office on the top floor of an office block opposite the bus station. The member of staff that I spoke...More

This is a very low key place. It's on the side of a bakery. The woman who was there was ultra helpful. We had a few questions she easily answered and she set us up for a boat ride right there by calling the place...More

The lady behind the counter is most helpful and patient. Her patience in telling hundreds of people about the bus and ferry schedules was amazing. The sandwich board at the entrance is also full of ideas about what to do in Hamilton.

Great advice on the ferry timetables as well as the best bus trip back from the naval dockyard. Maps available to yelp you with your travel plans. Located in centre of Hamilton and near the water frontage and main street.

This was our first stop of our Royal Caribbean Cruise this past August 2017. We decided to not take a guided tour but embarked on taking the ferry to Hamilton and did our own walking tour. There is plenty to see and do. Lots of...More

Friendly help as well as maps and schedules. We asked for some restaurant suggestions and the advice was good - pretty consistent with Trip Advisor! Outside there was a board noting a free tour with the town crier on Wednesday, leaving from that spot. That...More
