Unwilling to waive full charge even though my flight to BDA was cancelled and advised them by phone as soon as I was physically able. Was even willing to use their service two days later upon arrival on next available flight, but that was not good enough and I remain on the hook for the full charge. My best recommendation is to take a regular taxi, which is about half the price. I certainly won’t use these guys again. Very short sighted business practice and what appear to be unhelpful and complacent staff. Very dissatisfied and a very fine “Welcome to Bermuda”.

Our wedding took place in Sept 2018. We needed transportation to take us from our “get ready” location to the wedding venue. The drivers arrived ahead of time. They were polite, professional and understanding/flexible with us as the day progressed. Weddings can be so stressful but using Quality Transport was amazing. They thought of everything and even surprised me with a beautiful car to transport myself and my new husband.
If you are looking for a great fleet of cars with professional and safe drivers do not hesitate to contact Quality Transport.

They picked us up at the airport, despite our flight being a couple of hours late. That was great. They were there with a sign and we got into the van and were off. That was the very end of anything good related to this outfit. The driver that night was a nice guy, pleasant to talk to but he took us to the wrong hotel, taking us probably 20 minutes out of our way. Ok, mistakes happen, is what I thought after it happened but after additional experiences with them, I came to realize this wasn't a mistake, but rather the norm. We spent 7 nights at the Fairmont Southampton resort. Nice place, highly recommend but bring your bucks cause it is PRICEY. Any event, vacation is over and I'd arranged for a transport by Quality Transport to the airport for our departure. 6 am is the pick up time at the Fairmont. 6 am comes and goes and no transport, 6:05, made a call to try and connect to Quality Transport and I think it says number out of service so I'm scrambling for their contact info and make several more calls to a total of 3 phone numbers. No one answering. 6:10, 6:15 and nothing. Finally at 6:19, as we're getting into a cab that has been sitting at the Fairmont ready and willing to take passengers to the airport, at the standard rate of $45, the phone rings. It's a contracted driver with Quality Transport who apologizes for not being their to pick us up. He says he overslept and asks me if we're on our way to the airport to which I respond, yes, we're just leaving the Fairmont now in a cab. He tells me he wants to meet us at the airport and pay the fare. He asks to speak to the cab driver and I hand the cab driver the phone and they speak. When the call is completed, we continue on our way. The cab driver and I speak and he tells me the fella, who he doesn't know, is going to meet him at the airport and pay the fare. He adds, if the guy is not there, I'll have to pay the fare. The cab driver has been driving in Bermuda for a long time and he has never heard of Quality Transport. We get to the airport and there is a gentlemen there who comes and apologizes to me and my family for not picking us up. He pays the cab fare and we enter the airport. Nice of them and very professional. They failed to keep their part of the contract and have paid the fare. Now mind you the cab fare was $45 and I arranged for the cab ride to the airport. Quality transport had no involvement in arranging my transportation to the airport. They were contracted to take me there at a rate of $86 and failed to do so. They did not however fail to charge me $86 for my transportation. I think you can see where this is headed. When I got back home to the US, I called quality transport and spoke to the dispatcher there. As you can imagine, his position was that because I didn't pay the cab fare, Quality transport in fact fulfilled their contractual obligation to get me from the resort to the airport and accordingly, they were in the right to charge me the contracted amount of $86. He referenced the terms and conditions in the contract that stated something to the effect of Quality Transport may at it's discretion use affiliates to provide transport services. That's not what happened. Quality transport did not provide a service. They showed up at the airport and payed a $45 cab fare so that they could turn around and charge me for an $86 transfer that they did not carry out or arrange. I had a discussion with the dispatcher where he pretended that what they had done was above board and he was a smart guy and knows it was not. He said he'd put my claim in front of someone who handles the reservation and that they'd determine whether any refund was warranted. Haven't seen anything and don't expect I will. Bottom line. Bermuda, great place but expensive. You don't need to arrange transportation in advance from the airport or for that matter from any of the resorts. Cabs are readily available at half the price. That said, if you're a planner and wish to pre-arrange, whatever you do, don't contract with Quality Transport. Nothing Quality about it.

When we arrived at the cruise terminal we found Mackie offering 4 hour tours of Bermuda. We shared his van with four other passengers and we were very comfortable. The cost of the tour was $50 pp and we had a very good tour. Never rushed, we enjoyed many sites. We did not have reservations we just got lucky we were directed to him by the taxi guy. We went to St George, Hamilton, Horseshoe, Summerset, lighthouse and many other places. Email macwilliaams12@hotmail.com

We worked with Quality Transport throughout the America's Cup, using them numerous times to procure taxis for guests staying on board the large yacht we work on. They were always prompt, reliable, and able to assist even at the busiest of times with getting nicely appointed taxis with personable drivers. Additionally they were always accurate and fair with billing, and careful to explain rates and charges in advance. We will definitely use Quality Transport again should we get the opportunity to return to Bermuda.

Hi -
My family and I will be sailing into Bermuda the week of July 4th, 2018. We will be there Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
We are a group of 9 and I am searching for a reliable car service to help us get around the island and possibly offer some guidance.
Can you please let me know the cost of your serve? Can you carry all 9 people in 1 vehicle?
We would like to see horseshoe bay one day, another day - possibly another beach/resort area, the crystal caves and do some shopping at some point.
We are sailing on the Norwegian cruise ship but I would like to avoid the ships excursions and work with someone like yourself if possible.
Please let me know your thoughts and any information you can offer.
