We were so beyond fortunate to be able to spend 8 days in Bermuda. As a result, we had the amazing opportunity to see, snorkel and savor more than a dozen beaches throughout the island. The turquoise waters are second to none, and the beaches, in general, are amazing. This is not one of them. As other reviewers have noted,... More

This place came highly recommend on the cruise forums. I do not like giving bad reviews. This place was dirty. It is a small crowded beach. Bathroom was unsanitary. The water was rocky. It is popular for live music . Which was nice. They sell food and drinks. Which I did not purchase. I will never again take a chance... More

The short walk which took us to this place ended with a pleasant surprise. This beach was completely different from any other beaches of Bermuda. Blue Water crashing on the rock walls and the playful waves created a serenity which you can just watch and watch for hours without getting bored. Must visit place in Bermuda.

Bermuda is known for its beautiful beaches, but this isn't one of them. While the water is relatively shallow and good for off beach snorkeling, the beach itself is small and crammed with chairs. You can rent snorkeling equipment on the beach, as well as get food. The snorkeling is only average - water was a bit murky. This is... More

Been to Bermuda three time and Tobacco Bay is always a stop. The snorkeling beyond the rocks into the 12' deep water is exceptional an the variety of fish range from schools of minnow size fish to groups of Parrot fish that are just fun to watch or chase. We always bring our own mask and snorkel, but the do... More

Tobacco Bay Beach is my favorite beach to go snorkeling. It' sheltered, so the swimming is very easy. Lots of fish off to the sides and out by the coral columns in deeper water. It's small so it fills up quickly when the ships are in but there are still ample places to explore without bumping into everyone.

I was sooo looking forward to a clean beautiful beach in Bermuda! Wow - huge disappointment. Filthy stained lounge chairs at $15 each, cigarette buts all over the place, bottlecaps all over the vegetation, floating food in the water. Just plain disgusting!

Great place to spend the day with a grill, bar, changing rooms, and lockers not to mention the awesome beach area. The drinks are reasonably priced and they have a 24 ounce drinkable noodle so you can float and drink the day away. It's also right on the best stop and way less crowded than horseshoe bay. I met the... More

Well finally made it to Tobacco bay on our 3rd trip to Bermuda... Glad we didn't waste our time when we were on the cruise! While my daughter was snorkeling she noticed a fair amount of garbage in the bay, as well as an entire actual air conditioner underwater... We tried to look past these details however after Making our... More

Words and pictures can't describe the beauty of this place. As I approached on foot, I had to stop just to take it all in! Wow!
