Captain Mark has been fabulous to work with. He responded to my email with questions. He phoned me to talk through a plan. We ended up reserving the sail boat for my small group of 4 for a 3 hr excursion of fun. Sadly, plans changed and we weren't able to go. Captain Mark was very understanding and refunded our deposit without hesitation. When booking with a company online, you really take a risk. So I just wanted to leave very positive feedback that the company has been a delight to work with. We most definitely will be going out with Captain Mark the first chance we get to go to Bermuda. Highly recommend giving them a call if you are considering a sailboat excursion.

We chartered a 7 hour private sail including cliff jumping, snorkeling, sailing, Woody’s famous fish sandwiches for lunch and sunset sail. They picked us up at our hotel marina at the Hamilton Princess so very accommodating. Captain Mark and crew were great. We could have talked for days with the crew. Their life stories are the best. Entire day was perfect. Party of six included my husband, our 2 adult kids and their significant others.

We are frequent travelers to Bermuda and this time we came with another family and wanted to make sure we could share the beauty of the island on the water.
First-I am very picky. I don’t like crowds and always looks for something special. Bermuda Time with Mark and Alex was incredible. They had several options on where they could pick and drop us off and worked with us to make sure it was convenient for our families. The trip was catered to want we wanted to see and do and they provided excellent options. We ended up at Admirals Point where we were able to cliff jump, paddle board and kayak in their crystal kayak.. not to mention they had a floating dock for sunning.. Both Mark and Alex are knowledgeable sailers giving you 100% confidence in the water. They were even able to work with us to provide drinks and a catered lunch that they were able to pick up and bring back to the boat while we where anchored in a nearby cove.
I travel quite a bit look for the best for my family during our vacations.
Mark and Alex above all made this trip with their stories and engaging personalities.
Don’t hesitate.. you won’t be disappointed .. you will get a memory for a lifetime.

My husband and I chartered their beautiful and spacious Catamaran Brava for the day to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and we had the most wonderful time! Definitely the highlight of our week in Bermuda. Captain Mark and his crew were amazing, they made sure we had time for all our requested water activities and chose great spots for us to anchor. We even saw a few sea turtles, and was able to cater a nice lunch on board. Overall a beautiful sailing day and would definitely recommend their services for a private day cruise!

We took a 5 hour trip to one of the ship wrecks on the island. The captain (Alex) and his wife (Sarah) were friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Alex had lots of information about Bermuda and its history, and was obviously an experienced sailor who knew the waters around Bermuda well.
They had all the equipment we required (snorkels, rafts, glass-bottomed boat, towels), and were very helpful and accommodating. The boat was in good condition, clean and well-ordered. The pricing was very competitive vis a vis other charters we looked at. I would highly recommend Island Time Bermuda for any private charter experience.

Capt Mark and Alex made our day on the sailboat the highlight of our family's trip. Once on baord, they asked us what we were interested in doing for the day, and then tailored the day to our wishes. They took us to an inlet where the "kids" (ages 14-23) were able to explore water caves, which led to stairs and cliff jumping, which was described as terrifying and exhilarating all at the same time. The adults were able to float in the water around the inflatable island and then enjoy some nice beverages. So not only did Alex do most of the conning, he also doubled as the on-board bartender. After that we toured around some of the island on our way to a second swimming spot. Cap Mark and Alex are both a wealth of Bermudian knowledge, telling us interesting stories about Bermuda while pointing out the associated landmarks. We anchored in a small and even calmer inlet and enjoyed more swimming and paddleboarding. A big thanks to Alex, when one of the kids ventured to close to shore and stepped on a tube worm column and cut her foot. Alex made sure none of the shell was left in the cut and then bandaged her up. A big thanks to Cap Mark, as he took photos and video throughout the day from the boat so everyone could have a great time and not have to worry about trying to capture the memories. Capt Mark and Alex took the time and care to make it a special day. They are two very kind, fun and genuine individuals. We highly recommend this adventure.

My friends and I had the best time on board. It was a 4 hour sunset cruise for my birthday and it was amazing! We can't stop talking about the experience. The crew was great with seamless communication before, during and after the cruise. Mark and Alex were so easy going, patient, helpful and FUN. They ensured everyone was having a good time, served food and drinks and were generally the best hosts. The paddle board, Glass bottom Kayak and floating rafts were a great addition. Overall, its an assured great time on board Island Time Bermuda!

Captain and mate were very professional and put together a great experience for us. We snorkeled, jumped off cliffs, and enjoyed a few drinks while taking in the views. Pricing was also very competitive and everything was laid out upfront, no hidden corkage fees or other costs.

Perfect day! We did a 5 hour catamaran tour, and honestly it went so fast we wish we would have done even longer. Captain Alex and James were our crew, and they were both great. A perfect mix of professional and fun. Picked us up right by cruise ship. We sailed around while Captain Alex gave us a bit of Bermuda history. Then we stopped to swim, snorkel and cliff jump. We had lunch on board and even though it was "just a burger and salad", everyone in our group kept saying how delicious the food was! We were also pleased with the communication in the planning stage. Highly recommend...this was a great trip!

We hired the catamaran Brava for an ocean-themed corporate event. The boat was beautifully kept, and staff were very professional and attentive. They were incredibly accommodating towards our specific needs. We would 100% recommend! Thank you.
