Aside from offering a diverse array of restaurants and shops, Paseo Herencia Shopping & Entertainment Center in Palm Beach attracts visitors by continually increasing and enhancing services and special events. A casual stroll through the Plaza Padu provides insight into island history and culture, unlike any other such venue on Aruba, and nightly entertainment and programs appeal to all ages. Beginning early in the morning until well after sundown, there is always something happening at Paseo Herencia.

I had a terrible experience with the store manager at Pandora Paseo Herencia. When I went in to request a refund, she immediately refused, even though the 30-day refund policy had not expired. With a dismissive tone, she bluntly told us, "No, that's not allowed," despite the fact that I had read the receipt and the terms that clearly stated otherwise.
When we pointed out that we were still within the 30-day period and therefore entitled to a refund, she begrudgingly began the refund process, all the while displaying a rude attitude and shaking her head. This was our first interaction, and we were already being lied to, even though we knew we were right.
After finally receiving our money back, I told her that she shouldn’t lie to customers and that she should know the store’s policies. Instead of admitting her mistake, she defensively claimed, "Usually, we are not allowed to give your money back after 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, you are only allowed to exchange it for something else." This was another blatant lie, completely contradicting the policy stated on the receipt.
Pandora really needs to train their managers better. This kind of behavior and lack of knowledge about basic store policies is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.

Lots of stores and restaurants worth stopping into. It's very lively at night and there are free performances every night. Flamingo gift shop has excellent, affordable jewelry. Visit Johnny. The range of stones and styles is outstanding.

What a great little mall. We stayed at the Radisson Blu and the mall was very close by. We ate lunch at Iguana Cantina and it was excellent. Service, food & drinks. Highly recommended! Then a visit to Aruba Forever Souvenir Shop-we bought really nice sunscreen shirts with Aruba logos here for a great price. Billy, the owner, was super helpful and had a large inventory to choose from. We highly recommend this shop. Dinner was at Che restaurant and it was DELICIOUS. Steak, Argentina style, was crazy good-all for a reasonable price. Also highly recommended!

So many places to shop and eat from. I bought hand painted beautiful jewelry. Had churros with guava sauce to die for. Lots of souvenir shops to choose from. So convenient for all.

This is a really good place to pick one of the places to eat down here and then walk around shopping afterwards. The water show is really a good time too and my kids enjoyed it. I love all the shops available to go into.

Always a good time
Lots of good food. Some high end shopping. The nightly water shows are fun. Free entertainment sun through Thursday. Local culture dancing and a craft night.

Great spot to go after dinner to walk around. It is very lively. There is something for everyone, entertainment, shopping, food truck food and various games and photo ops. Lots to see and pass time.

Outdoor mall with plenty of shops and places to eat. Good for people watching. Go after dark and all the shops are open and the the sun and heat are not a factor. Lots of families

This corner has lots to offer in the evenings - horse-drawn carriage rides, small boutique, jewelry, and souvenir shops, a variety of restaurants, and nightly entertainment in the plaza. Crepes, Italian, Mexican, steaks, coffee, ice cream, American restaurants. Best to visit in the evening when more places are open, although most shops and restaurants are open for lunch. Artesian vendors set up nightly along the boulevard.

Great place for shopping for just about anything you are looking for in Aruba. Wonderful variety of stores. Good place to save for at night since this shopping area is open until 10 pm while the stores downtown close at 6 pm. Favorite store...Kristie's Jewels!

Hola, no realicé compras en el lugar, Hay locales de las mejores marcas. Por lo poco que miré los precios no son buenos para los argentinos. Si vas por COPA te recomiendo Panamá. El mismo aeropuerto tiene tiendas de lo que busquen. Saludos
