I had the opportunity to spend a month in Aruba this trip and Aruba kitesurfing school really helped me hone in my skills. I started out with some basic knowledge of body dragging and by the third week I was up and riding with the confidence that this sport is something I want to continue mastering. Lessons with Georgina, Zoe, Carlos, and Juan Carlos(Cali-mon) were all supper helpful with tips and training to sort out the mistakes I was making.
I really appreciate their enthusiasm to share the love of the sport by teaching others how it is done properly and safely. I felt I was in good hands by choosing this kitesurfing school. The owner even turned me onto a group mountain bike ride, which I enjoyed getting to ride some different trails in the national park.
While hanging out at the beach hut I tried to be a sponge soaking up as much knowledge as I could, and everyone was happy to share their input.
I would recommend Aruba kitesurfing school to anyone looking to start out kiting or to gain more knowledge and experience in mastering their abilities.

Having never been kiteboarding I was already a bit nervous watching people flying through the air. Upon arrival, the staff at Aruba Kitesurfing School welcomed me in and began explaining how a class went setting my expectations before even touching the water. Once I was geared, up my trainer Zoë put me through my paces and was always patient and reassuring when I clearly made mistakes. Never felt more welcome and safe during a lesson on vacation.

I was walking on the beach and was unexpectedly drawn to the awesome hut of the Aruba Kitesurfing School. Georgina was my instructor. I'll never forget her professionalism, dedication, and the genuine feeling of responsibility she displayed towards making sure I had an amazing kitesurfing experience...which I definitely had! I was a true beginner and not an easy student during the 10 hours of lessons I had with her. She must have reminded me a thousand times to "relax" and feel the "sweetspot" of the kite. Georgina knew precisely how to calm my nerves to keep me focused on mastering each step of the learning process so, I could make my dream of kitesurfing come true, which at age 61, I had serious doubts!
But most of all, Georgina made the intense learning extraordiarily easy and fun ...even my unitentional Superman impersonations. She was incredible! Aruba Kitesurfing School, all the freindly staff, and Georgina will always have a "Sweetspot" in my heart.

I stayed on Aruba for a few weeks and took a couple of private lessons (so far 9) and it was definitely worth it!!! I went out with Zoe and Carlos but since I spent a lot of time at the kite school and talked with other clients, I can tell that all of the instructors are great.

They are very experienced, knowledgable, motivating and super friendly. The most important thing for me was that they made me feel comfortable and safe all the time. When I was struggling after the first lessons both Zoe and Carlos were very patient and helped me getting over some initial frustration. And at some point it made klick and I could ride. Which was such a great feeling! And then it was just fun :)

It’s not just the lessons that are amazing but also the whole kite school. Everyone of the team is so nice and friendly. It’s fun to hang around there and to always meet new people. They help you with anything you need and scheduling new lessons is super easy (via phone, WhatsApp or just by walking in). They have all the equipment you need in all sizes.

Learn kiting with them is highly recommendable! Many many thanks to the whole team for making it such a memorable and great experience to me! After returning back home I’ll buy my own gear and will definitely come back at some point :)

Great kitesurfing school. Zoë and her team are very welcoming. Good instructions, attention for safety (both regarding COVID and kiting in general) and very customer friendly. I made a lot of progress in a week on Aruba! After the lessons there is cool water and a sunbed waiting for you to relax. Also on other days when I was practicing myself I was welcome to drop by for some tips and help to launch the kite. So if you like to have quality kitesurfing lessons, with nice people, good vibes and for a fair price, I can definitely recommend this place.

I watched the kites from resort and became mesmerized! After a couple days my wife and I gathered the courage to inquire about it. Oscar and Zoe made us feel so comfortable that we both signed up for lessons. It was so much fun discovering how to fly a kite and invigorating to experience the power of the kite and control its flight. We certainly forgot about all our life's problems for the hours that we did this. It was the best part of our Aruba Vacation. This school made the process so simple and safe. I believe ANYONE can do this with just a little patience and guidance with proper instruction. You do not have to be really strong, athletic or a risk taker. Kite surfing is actually very relaxing. I felt very safe as the lessons progressed due to the shallow reef in the area they are located. You can literally stand up and walk back to shore. I would feel comfortable letting my kids get instruction at this school because of how they set up the lessons, with flat water and consistent wind. They are very concerned and aware of safety. They also have the best gear to make discovery and learning fast and easy. They also have the latest advanced gear available for experienced riders and tricks. They have so many options available, that I cannot say enough about this school. I am very satisfied with my time invested here. We experienced so much fun and relaxation learning to kite surf that we came home and are enrolling in more classes at home and ordered a kite and gear. I had no intention of kite surfing on this Aruba vacation but after discovering and experiencing their guidance, I think this is an activity our family is going to LOVE! Kite surfing can be very relaxing or thrill inducing. You have complete control. Give it a try!

I've never thought I would be able to kite surf in such a short time. The teacher was extremely nice and dedicated. He really had to work hard with me, lifting the kite again and again from the water for me, but eventually, on the third day, I was surfing and controlling the kite on my own. An amazing experience. highly recommended.

This was my first attempt at kitesurfing...it was a “bucket list” (try it once) item and it is now marked off! I selected Aruba Kitesurfing School (on a guess, really) and am happy I did it. They have an 8 hour (over 4 days), $400 course that takes you from how to fly the kite all the way to getting up on the board. Zoe set me up with Oscar who was a very patient, thorough instructor that I really enjoyed working with. I never really got up on the board for long though it was not Oscar’s fault. I simply struggled with getting the board into the right position while trying to keep the kite under control. After face-planting a number of times I tried to quit the last lesson early but Oscar gently convinced me to stick with it..and I gut up on the board for a few seconds. This is a cool sport to get into (I won’t take it up given all the other stuff I do) but Aruba Kitesurfing School was a great place to get introduced to the sport. I highly recommend them..ask for Oscar!

I spent two weeks in Aruba in mid-July for the sole purpose of improving my kitesurfing skills and couldn't have been more pleased with my experience at Aruba Kitesurfing school. I was kiting about 3h/day the whole time.

Beach: The beach was amazing, everything you dream about, warm water, nice sand and plenty of sun. What makes this beach even more incredible for kiting is that there is a sandbar to goes out from shore about a 1/4 mile, so it's a nice landmark and an easy place for your instructor to stand and watch you kite/give you advice on how to improve your technique

Wind: The wind was great, 18-22 knots the whole time.

Gear: The harnesses, kites and bar were all in good shape, and had no issues at all with it.

The place: Everything you'd want from a kiting school, they've got the nice little kiting shack with island music and beach chairs for you to relax on and forget the rest of the world. There's always a bunch of people around just chilling and enjoying the view. Very short walk from the hotels at the north end of the island and a nearby parking lot if you want to drive.

The people: I reached out to Zoe when I first started planning my trip and she was super helpful in planning my lessons and when I met her, she was fantastic and helped with other recommendations on what to do, and where to eat on the island. The instructors were great, and really helped me pinpoint my technique errors and how to improve. I of course dropped the kite a few times/lost the board, and they were didn't make me feel bad at all and helped me get set up again.

Overall, I highly recommend this place and would be thrilled to go back.

The staff were super friendly, really good teachers and super kite surfers. Very methodical teaching regiment to get you to learn about the kite and your own tendencies that will help you learn to control the kite, which is the most complex part of the experience. Despite never having wake boarded or snowboarded, Cali was able coach me and I got up on the board sailing on the 3rd lesson. It’s tough work, but ahh, what a thrill when you do it. Unfortunately that was the last day of my trip, but I will be back to improve my skills. Move this outfit. Zoe and Cali were great.
