I was connected with Dinesh and Anju through a friend who is a longtime customer at Jewels in Paradise, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I shopped remotely from the US and communicated with Anju over the phone. He was very helpful, accommodating and willing to answer all questions to my satisfaction. Additionally he was prompt and quick to respond, which I appreciated. As a first time diamond buyer I was worried about shopping remotely but they made the process simple and seamless. I really can't say enough good things about the process, and the deal I got was icing on the cake. The price they quoted me is the price I paid with no surprise charges. The ring arrived from overnight shipping safe and sound with GIA certification. The shipping package was wrapped to last and protect my investment. The ring is beautiful and seems very high quality. Next time I'm on the market I will definitely be coming back. I cannot recommend Jewels in Paradise enough!…

Found the owners and staff to be extremely knowledgeable and no pressure. They were more than happy to let you try on anything in the shop and browse for as long as you liked with no signs of being annoyed that you were “still looking” without purchase. The quality of their workmanship was amazing as were the beautiful stones. After a few trips into the shop I did purchase two items and couldn’t be happier!
