Lerita was amazing to work with! Months before my wife and I arrived for our honeymoon, Lerita was pivotal in helping us plan out our stay in Aruba. She was always extremely responsive and gave us excellent recommendations. For any of my family and friends headed to Aruba, the first thing I’ll do is provide Lerita’s contact info. She was beyond gracious with her time and as personable as can be.
For anyone traveling in to Aruba, Lerita’s personal tour is an absolute must. It was one of our favorite days on the island and we felt like we got to see so much of what Aruba has to offer. You’ll get a wide range of the best beaches to visit and also see some hidden gems that most tourists aren’t aware of-including an awesome lunch spot for the freshest fish on the island!
Overall, I’d give Lerita nothing short of 5 stars. When I’m back in Aruba she will undoubtably be my first call. She made a great honeymoon that much better. So thankful for all of her help & expertise!

We went to Aruba for Christmas break, it was beautiful! We stayed at an Air Bnb and used the personal concierge service, Lerita did not disappoint! She handled all of our needs from delivering birthday balloons, cake, wine, etc to hiring a private masseuse! Thank you Lerita, you are the best!!!

Lerita assisted us with wedding details such as getting a chef for us, arranging for payment, setting up our bills for our reception dinner, and assisting with making reservations for parasailing with my family. She took the stress away of us being in another country and assuring that everything would be taken care of. Communication was great and she got things done for us quickly and accurately. We would highly recommend her services. She is amazing!

We had the great fortune of being referred to Lerita. Our family of 12 ranging in age from one to 60 rented a house in Malmok Beach. This was an extra special trip as it was our 40th anniversary. Lerita helped tremendously with our beach vow renewal. She also arranged for Chef Norma to prepared the most amazing dinner. Lerita came to our rental and went over everything. She made sure it was perfect. Having a few vegetarians and also ones with food allergies this was a terrific help! Lerita also took us all to Baby Beach. What a fantastic time! Our grandchildren talk about It all the time!
Thank you Lerita. You gave us so many wonderful memories! We all miss you and can't wait to be back.

First off we disembarked the boat and were split into several different buses which was not the plan but hey we were on vacation and go with the flow. We were dropped off at a beautiful beach just a few minutes from port. The day was going wonderfly until lunch time when one of our group was running around the beach trying to locate everyone to pay for the excursion. I went up to see what was the issue and witness Lerita and her husband being very rude demanding payment immediately saying "We paid money out for you with no guarentee that you will pay." I could not understand why they waited until half way through our excursion to demand payment when payment was offered immediately upon arrival and we were told to pay at the end. So an hour was spent trying to locate people from our group up and down the beach. The organizer of our group almost in tears didnt get to eat the lunch she just ordered and was being yelled at by Lerita and her husband. We have NEVER had someone so rude on an excursion and we have always paid in full and always tip very well. What Lerita and her husband were not aware of is that we had a few in the group who could understand what they were saying, not professional AT ALL! We finally found everyone in the group and paid in full prior to even being brought back to the boat. We were all prepared to go to the boat by taxi because we were sure they would not be back. However, they sent another driver who said he was to take us to the boat, they totally left us feeling vulnerable and unsafe. If you don't mind being yelled at and being treated very poorly book them otherwise hop in a taxi to the beach and rent your own chairs, that is exactly what I would do if I ever go back! Also stop at a market and grab your own drinks as beers were $6.50 each on the beach. We were also told they would have beverages for us and this didnt happen either (even though we were paying for these seperately).

This is my response to this story coming from someone who did not do the tour with me or had
any conversation with me about the services agreed on, until it was time to get paid.
I assume the lady that wrote this story is the one that treatened to write bad reviews about us on trip adviser, she said this at the time when we were told we had to collect our cash one by one on the beach from 35 different people after finishing the tour with 18 people from your group.
All these 18 people thanked me personally for a great tour. They even gave us a good tip collected between them to show their gratitude. They said they loved Aruba the best and would return for sure.
All i can say is that Aruba is a beautiful island with nice people, very proud to show their visitors a great experience from the heart. This story shows that its very hard to please everybody.
We will continue giving the best service to our guest that have chosen Aruba as their vacation destination.

Now this is my side of the story.
This story written by this lady shows the power of Social Media for someone to talk bad about a company just because they have the power to do so !!I
Thank God for Democracy I get to tell my side of the story.
The irony to this story is that the person that wrote this review is the person that spent the least amount of time with me.
She was not even part of our tour," THE GROUP LEADER".
My company gives Personal Concierge Services to tourist from different parts of the world for more then 6 years. We deal with groups, for different events , we accept cash and bank transfers as form of payment, in this case a total sum of cash for the whole group was agreed as form of payment.
In this story the Group Leader did not have the money collected from the group of 35 people.
All this could have been avoided if she had one envelope, instead of sending me to collect the money on the beach one by one from 35 different people.
By now it was already 1:00pm, I was done with my tour with 18 people from the group.
My job was done, all that was left to be done for this group was for the transfer company to pick them up from the beach and take them back to the ship.
The agreement we had was that we had to transfer the group to the Beach and back to the Cruise ship, which my Concierge Service contracted a recognised transfer company to provide this service.
From this group 18 people went on my tour to be dropped back at the beach.
The spot where the ship is put is not in our control, their ship arrived 30 minutes late and they put the ship at the far end of the dock.
In all our emails exchanges The Group Leader never mention that she had elderly people with them.
On the transfer back to the ship we made sure that elderly were drop of earlier and made it back inside the port right in front of the ship entrance.
I wish the older guys would have the chance to write how happy they were when my husband dropped them off.
The 18 people from the group that did the tour with me were very happy and thankful for the brief encounter with the beautiful island of Aruba !!
They all said that they love Aruba the best and that they would return for sure.
They even collected between themselves and gave us a good tip.
Before I end this sincere story I would like to state a couple of things to the read of this story;
Please don't let this story make you think bad of Aruba.
Aruba is very safe and friendly, there is no reason to feel scared at any time or by anyone.
We speak 5 languages fluently and proudly.
I believe people have to find happiness with in themselves, and not try to down someone just because they have the power to do so !!

So many great things to do in Aruba but you need someone to help coordinate when and with which outfits...Lerita is AWESOME! We favor smaller private excursions and were able to set up great day trips and adventures with some great people and outfits that were super nice through Lerita's suggestions...super easy to get a hold of by phone text or email...able to coordinate kiting, horseback riding ATV and even golf! It was incredibly helpful to have a local insider to guide us and really made the trip a much better experience...would call Lerita in a heartbeat the next time we visit Aruba!!!!

Because I know she values all of her client's feedback, let me first say THANK YOU LERITA for your creativity and hard work in setting up the perfect backdrop for my wedding engagement!
I knew that I was going to have difficulty arranging all the details for my proposal from home in America while keeping everything a secret, so I needed someone on the island to run the show. I found Lerita through TripAdvisor, and was reassured by all the positive reviews I read.
She responded promptly to my email and was excited to jump right into planning mode. We bounced a few ideas off each other and eventually settled on a game plan about 2 weeks in advance. When my girlfriend and I arrived on the island, Lerita was already at work preparing for our big moment, ordering flowers and coordinating a schedule with our photographer. She was very flexible with her time and even met with me on late notice to secretly pick up photographs and frames that I wanted set at the proposal site.
On the evening of the proposal, she placed a nice wooden bench with roses, champagne, and the photos out onto Eagle Beach for my girlfriend and I to stumble upon. When we arrived on the beach at sunset, my girlfriend was so surprised. She had no idea how I had managed to arrange everything and remain undetected. Lerita stuck around stealthily in the background to make sure everything went smoothly. She eventually came over to congratulate us and pull back the curtain on the plan. She then stayed at least an hour on the beach, making sure there was nothing else we needed as we finished up with our photographer and went off to dinner at Screaming Eagle. Everything went flawlessly, and I couldn't have hoped for better. If only I could have Lerita around for every travel plan to make it seem so effortless!
Lerita was also an invaluable resource for insider information on the island, giving recommendations on cool restaurants, day trips, hikes, activities, and transportation options. She can book and schedule an itinerary for all of these things to really reduce the stress of the process.
Lastly, I felt like her prices were very reasonable considering the time and effort she put into our special day. She can email you a "menu" of her standard services with prices, but for my specific needs, she itemized everything and sent me a quote before the trip, so I knew what I was paying for. For those people on business-related/tax-friendly trips, I can see this as a big plus!
Overall, my fiancée and I could not recommend Lerita more highly for all of your travel needs on the island. She is truly the ultimate Aruba concierge and can provide customized services that your resort concierge probably cannot. Her creative, positive, and motivated attitude make her a pleasure to work with, so don't hesitate to contact her if a unique and pain-free Aruba trip is on your wish list!

I found Lerita through her excellent reviews online, and contacted her to help plan our trip. From the beginning she responded promptly and was so professional and kind. She did an amazing job organizing our trip and arranging everything that our family needed! We asked for a personal chef and she found us an amazing chef (Chef Shirley) and also informed and booked for us the many excursions that Aruba has to offer! I highly recommend her for anyone traveling to Aruba! We will definitely use her again when we go back!

We used Lerita for our family vacation over New Years. She was very quick to respond with my many questions and very easy to work with. Our family of 6 wanted meals delivered already prepared to our AirBnB. Lerita connected me with Shirley and arranged a few dinners. It was so nice to relax with prepared meals and dessert too!! Meals were delicious and enjoyed by all. Both women were very professional and enjoyable to work with. Thank you
