We had a great day fishing with Living Easy Fishing Charter. Captain Doddy and first mate Alejean did a great job. They worked extremely hard to keep lines in the water and allow us to catch the most fish. It was a very tough day for fishing but we were able to find the fish and have a great day. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful 6 hour charter with Captain Doddy, Arjen, and Cheekong. The boat was large and secure, everything was on time, and the crew was very professional. The guys really hustled to put us on some fish, and we had a lot of success! They constantly refreshed the bait, and Captain Doddy even used some of the tuna that we caught to fish off the back of the boat and snag us a King Mackaral. They fileted our fish when we got back to shore, and provided some restaurant recommendation since their usual restaurant was closed. I highly recommend these guys!

My wife and I chartered this boat on Jan 22, 2020, 8a-12p. Captain Doddy and 1st hand Arjean were the crew. Within 15 mins from the harbor we were fishing. We trolled for 2.5 hrs looking for Wahoo, Mahi-mahi and Tuna. Both outriggers out with teasers and minnow baits (ballyhoo) fishing topwater, one down rigger with ballyhoo fishing 40ft and a 4th Rod with ballyhoo directly off the back. Unfortunately we did not get any hook ups. Switched to jigging for amberjack, jack and Bonita. The action was hot and we caught and landed many fish. Had hoped to catch some Mahi-mahi but not prime season for them. I was glad our talented and knowledgeable crew knew the waters and switched up the technique. We were very pleased with all aspects of the charter and excited to have some fresh amberjack fillets for dinner tonight.” Highly recommended.

We chose the 6 hour trip. It was a fishing trip of a lifetime. Caught 7 wahoo and 6 tuna (a few got away). It was very wavy so this trip is not for the faint of stomach! Our crew Doddy and Yairo were so fantastic - they were professional, knowledgable, helpful, fully respect the environment and fishing rules and were genuinely excited for our catches. We caught til we couldn't physically bring in any more! If you are looking for some real deep sea fishing choose Living Easy. Just a super crew (and the eatings after were out of this world!)

Doddy and arjean were very professional and work hard to try to get fish on the hook. I felt like they were having fun themselves trying to catch us fish. We did end up catching some nice fish. I would definitely book with them again.

Another phenomenal experience with Living Easy fishing charters. Captian Didi always knows where the fish are when everyone else doesn't. We caught 6 fish in a little over an hour and only returned early because my 2 sons got sick. Otherwise I think we would have caught more. Other boats came back with 1-2 fish while we caught 6 in an hour. The best crew and it got even better when we had dinner with our catch at Driftwood!!

Lucky Star Fishing is comparatively inexpensive. As they say get what you pay for. Expected Gregory, owner, to call and apologize for captain being drunk after I reported poor experience to our concierge who recommend the boat trip. Guess he has cash so why bother. Understand an old boat and you can’t guarantee catching fish. Three seats on deck so don’t take 6. Make sure you ask about safety equipment. Even after this we still tipped because first mate was great.

We love Aruba so don't let this be a reflect on the people or Island. We have been going for 25+ years.

Awesome trip. Booked an 8hr Marlin and Mahi Mahi trip for my wife and I. We have been fortunate to fish Alaska, Oregon, coast of Georgia, other Caribbean Islands, and this trip ranked right next to Alaska at the top. 7 Mahi Mahi and an estimated #500 lb. Marlin. Captain Doddy and Arjean were awesome and worked their butts off to fulfill our expectations and to get the Marlin to the boat, an almost 4 hour deal (which only an experienced crew can pull off). Excellent experience and will definitely book again the next time we’re in Aruba. Don’t forget the Dramamine!!! Also, the Driftwood restaurant just topped off the experience.

Had a great 4 hour charter on the Living Easy out of Aruba. Doddy and Pablo did a great job getting us on the fish. We caught 8 or so Bonito and a Black fin tuna. We connected to a wahoo but lost it as it got close to the boat. We had 3 other wahoo hits. It was a great time for a good price. The boat was a solid Bertam that handled the waves well.

I did a search for fishing charters in Aruba and Living Easy popped up with great reviews. So, thought I’d book a 6-hour for my daughters college spring break from Auburn University (War Eagle)! What we wanted was to catch fish, enjoy the scenery and have an attentive staff. Living Easy met all our requirements and we had several catches of Wahoo and Tuna! Thanks Captain Doddy & Arjean!
