We booked yesterday 10/15/2020 and Marvin was very prompt at 8 am today 10/16/2020. He was an awesome tour guide. The natural pool and cave pool was soooo cool. Also lunch at their place of business afterwards, which is a plus after a long day in the water and ☀️. I would recommend bringing goggles for the sand dust on the UTV and don’t forget your sunglasses, and they provide the face mask for you too. We loved the ride, and you will too! Ask for Marvin JR.!

We decided to do a tour with ABC tours Aruba after researching a few companies. At first we were skeptical of the high number of reviews, but after our experience we understand why they have so many great reviews. Our tour guide Eduardo was the BEST guide we have ever had. You can tell he truly loves his job and that excitement and happiness definitely rubs off on you. He told us he grew up on the island and has been doing this for about 15 years, so any questions you may have he most likely will have the answer!

Our tour consisted of the following:

We took a customized Ford F550 through the national park to the Conchi natural pool to snorkel. PLEASE wear water shoes on this tour!! We made the mistake to not and the rocks are slippery and can be dangerous when you’re climbing in/out of these swimming areas (also beware the ride in the natural park is very bumpy).

We then took our UTVs for the rest of the tour. You definitely need sunglasses and a bandanna to cover your mouth/nose/ears. They sell them at the ABC headquarters and they are a must. Dust gets kicked up and you’re driving fast! Eduardo brought us to black stone beach and twin bridges, Bushiribana Gold Mill Ruins, Boca cave pool where we went swimming again, and then we had extra time and Eduardo surprised us and brought us to snorkel at Catalina beach. We then went back to their headquarters for lunch (included). Overall it ended up be approximately 5 hours out and definitely the highlight of our vacation.

Eduardo brought us to places that you otherwise cannot get to by car, and it was so awesome to off-road and see such a large portion of the island in one day! Without a doubt we would recommend this tour with Eduardo to anyone visiting Aruba and we cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond to make our tour one we will never forget.

This tour was well worth the money. We did the Island Ultimate tour and we loved every second of it. Suri and Boss Lady were excellent drivers and entertainers, and genuinely nice people with an excellent sense of humour. Their knowledge on the island and its history was second to none, and we strongly recommend that you tour with these folks. It will be worth every penny, and you essentially see the entire island and experience some incredible off-roading, especially with these two at the wheel.

We had an okay morning with ABC tours. After sitting around for however long (an hour?) we finally left caravan style. There is not really any off roading, this is just a glorified tour of getting in, driving a little bit, getting out, etc. We were instructed to wear closed toed shoes but noticed almost nobody was wearing them except us. My least favorite thing is pandering for tips which occurred several times on our tour. We did this on day 1 of our trip, and later found out a lot of the information they told us was outdated or downright incorrect. All UTVs were in rough shape, particularly ours which needed to be swapped out mid tour because it had no brakes left in it. We would highly recommend other people interested in UTVs around the island rent their own or go with a different company. I was bored by the end and ready to be done. If you are seeking any adventure, this is not the tour for you. If you are seeking a simple tour with incorrect facts, this is more your speed. We did notice this was the only tour of our whole trip who pandered for tips.

Dear Rachel, thank you for sharing your experience with us after going on the UTV tour. We are saddened that we failed to meet your expectations on our excursion. Fact is upon arrival at our HQ, either via our complimentary pick up service or you arrive by your own car, you check in, followed by the safety briefing. Before the safety briefing begins we even offer complimentary breakfast-snacks and beverages, as the rest of the participants arrive and they check in, so you wait (not quite an hour as you question) in on our cozy lounge area. In terms of our UTVs, these machines are mechanical and failures can occur. In your case, when the failure occurred your machine was swapped immediately, which you approved, according to our driver. Lastly, about the information you claim is incorrect, it's difficult for me to offer comments, but I will sent out a memo reminding our guides about their training and offering refresh courses. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. In terms of asking for gratuities, the tour leader claimed he mentioned it to the group once, at the end. After seeing your review, and after looking at your TA profile, you seem to be a strict reviewer, which we certainly can appreciate. Thank you for keeping us honest and your words won't be in vain. Regards, Gabriel de Mey Manager

There is no better way to visit this national park then by a guided tour in an off road vehicle driven by an experienced ABC guide. Patrick lead the entire group narrating details, history, and information in a fun endearing way that to made the event memorable. The natural pool was gorgeous and the fish beautiful. Patrick, Lukas and Leander were exceptional guides. Special shout out to our personal driver Leander. He added an additional layer of color to our appreciation of Aruba with his addictive energy and apparent love of this island.

We booked this trip through Expedia because of all the positive 5 star reviews. Of note, my family are frequent travelers and have booked multiple excursions in Aruba, whether it’s parasailing, snorkeling or boating.. all of which were amazing.. except this one.
First, the jeep ride itself is fun for the first 30 minutes, however once we got into the national park, the roads were extremely rocky. If you have chronic back pain or motion sickness or would like to keep your sanity, do not join this excursion. The jeep rocked back and forth with things flying in and out, with hard stops and lunges forward. Even the college student on our jeep got sick.
There are 3 stops on this tour. The first is a view of the ocean which is fine, but something you can see from your resort. Swimming is prohibited as well.
The second is a cave, it is extremely small and cramped, we spent around 10 minutes walking in and out. The tour guide didn’t have much to say, afterwards our group went to get a “fish pedicure”, which is essentially fish who bite off your dead skin. There were 14 people in the group crowding around a tiny water hole.
The last stop was the greatest disappointment as we were promised snorkeling gear and the chance to snorkel at a natural pool. Once we got to the pool, our guides said it was too windy and the water was too rough. They ended up driving another 30-40 minutes to another natural pool where all you could do is jump in. It was extremely rocky, dangerous and packed with people lining up from different tours to jump in once.
Overall, it felt like we’d just been driving for hours non-stop on rocky paths gathering dust and developing a herniated disc in the process. It was a great disappointment as we had high expectations.
This is not to slight the drivers at all. They did their best, but the tour itself was lacking and unenjoyable. Do not recommend.

Dear KKlovesacai, Thank you for your feedback! Our sincere apologies that you haven’t received the experience that you expected with our Natural Pool & Indian cave jeep safari. Safety of our guest is our #1 priority, that is why we only shows you the beauty of Dos Playa which is too rough to let our guest swim at that beach! We our an off-roading company, that focuses on off the beaten path. We make it clear in our briefing prior to leaving from office. Indeed the path to the Natural Pool is rocky, that is why we enforce a speed limit of 20km once en route to the pool. Unfortunately weather conidition deemed it unsafe to let our guest swim at the Natural pool “ Conchi” that day. That is why we never promise our guest that they will swim. As It is stated in our website, and the confirmation email that you received. “ Swimming and snorkeling at the Natural pool is never a guarantee if sea condition is rough”. Our tour guide gave you a bonus stop at Boca Pool to compensate that you couldn’t swim at the Natural Pool. We have one of the highest rate of satisfaction in the Caribbean and we are aware that we can not satisfy a very small % of guests not even when we go the extra mile. Again, we want to apologize for not exceeding your high expectations. We wish you a safe trip back home. Sharmaine Kelly

On my first visit to Aruba. Decided we wanted to see the island, and get some history. Found ABC while searching, and I'm so happy we did. I was thinking of renting a Jeep, but decided to try this. Booked through their website, and I'm so happy we did. Uncle Johnny was our guide, and was excellent. All of the staff are family and made us feel the same way, I don't think you can go wrong with any of the guides. We had a great group, and when one person started feeling illl - not the fault of the tour! - Uncle Johnny made sure she was well taken care of.
I would highly recommend the all day tour of you can swing it, you see so much and get such a great history lesson of the island.
We saw so much and had a great time. Remember to pack you swim clothes and water shoes, you will get a chance to snorkel and swim a couple of times. Pack sunblock and insect repellent as well.
You will also get a full lunch at the Waka Waka restaurant, part of the company. I recommend the bbq chicken.

We had a part of 6 and was picked up from our resort at 7:45AM. The moment we met him, uncle Johnny was friendly and on the money.

Our crew was Millian, Tony, and Johnny. They were fantastic. I would take this tour again just for them.

Our captain we Johnny and he did an excellent job letting us know about Aruba and also answered all
Of our questions.

We were not expecting to order drinks and ended up wasting all of our cash and didn’t have anything left for a tip. I feel really bad because he was excellent.

I would recommend taking the Jeep tour because it is a really hard and bumpy ride to the natural waterfall. Just sit back and let the pros take you there.
The reservation included lunch which was pretty decent for a place that probably wouldn’t be known for its food.

They do offer adult drinks so that is always good

I would def recommend

We are a large group of four families with children, the youngest being 1.5 that booked a last minute tour with ABC. It was an amazing experience beginning to end. Uncle Johnny, Tony and Boss lady were incredible tour guides and so accommodating to our large group. They engaged with our children and included them and encouraged their questions. The Aruban hospitality and love for there island was on display the entire time. Being able to see the beauty of the island in this way was amazing for adults snd children alike! We were able to ride in comfort and safety while experiencing all the best Aruba has to offer with the experts! This is such a treat! If you plan to tour Aruba snd need a reputable tour company to do it, look no further! This did not disappoint!

Uncle Johnny and Marvin Jr. provided us an exhilerating adventure to Aruba's natatural sites. We started with a drive to the California lighthouse as uncle Johnny gave details on the drive from Eagle beach through palm beach on food cuisines, resorts, and new developments. We than drove to Alto Vista chapel were our guides provided a great history telling of the chapel's origins. Next we cruised 4x4 style along the coast to see rock gardens, stopping for pictures of the rougher side and ended up at the natural bridge. We then saw the remains of a past gold processing post, saw rock formations with primitive hand paintings. We had a delightful BBQ lunch, enjoyed with newfouund friends and Rover the self-adopted cat. After lunch we 4x4'd into Arikok natural park to the natarul pool where we enjoyed snorkeling and for the more adventerous some light cliff diving and flips. The natural pool definitly requires use of a good jeep quality 4x4 we saw a few rental cars that did not make it out. Following the natural pool we got to see limetone caves with more primitive hand paintings, than outside the cave a ticklish fish pedicure from a stream. We drove out of the national park seeing more coastline, windmills, goats and ended up at Baby beach where we enjoyed more snorkling. On the way back Uncle Johhny, with his many decades of Aruban experience, provided more historical insights as we came through the art district seeing street murals, historical buildings, and sites. What a day!!!
