    We purchased a multi-stone diamond ring from Lucky. The owner assured us if the ring was not verified back in the States we would get a full refund. Back in NYC, the quality of the stones were verified and the ring appraised for significantly more than we paid! I highly recommend Gemani for fine jewelry purchases!

    Third Time was Just as Wonderful!!
    Nash has been extremely great to work with each time we have made a purchase at Gemani. He also showed real appreciation that we were return clients and gave us exceptional service as well as pricing. I definitely plan to return in the future when we are interested in buying again.

    I bought my wife a beautiful diamond tennis bracelet on our honeymoon. It is absolutely beautiful!!! I was gonna buy it for her before our wedding in NY but wanted to see if I got a better price in Aruba. We walked into their store in our hotel and never felt pressured. The salesman was beyond professional and very patient with us being that it was an expensive purchase. We looked at a very large selection of tennis bracelets. I felt I got a great deal and the she wears the bracelet every time we go out. We received the certified papers with the appraisal a few hours later as promised. I highly recommend them if your shopping for a special piece of jewelry or watches. Just wanted to thank them by writing this review. They deserve it !!!

During my visit to Aruba in February 2019, I visited Gemani again and purchased a very pricey diamond ring. During the year that I had the ring, 3 small diamond stones were lost. The first two stones were replaced by Demani in their New York office at no charge to me. A couple of months before my return trip to Aruba, another small diamond stone fell out. I emailed Gemani's about this and asked about the ring being exchanged for a ring that I would not have any trouble with. They were more than happy to do this. When I went back to Aruba in February, 2020, I went to the store with my ring and explained that I loved the ring, however, I didn't want to be afraid to wear it for fear of losing another stone. Because of this, they happily allowed me to exchange the ring for something else. I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received from them. I have traveled to Aruba now for 5 years and have purchased several pieces of jewelry from Gemani and have been very pleased. They are a family owned store and are more than willing to make sure their customers are happy with their purchase.

The most amazing jewelry and customer service in the world.

I own two beautiful pieces of tanzanite. The best quality of tanzanite that can be found. One is made in to an amazing ring complete with diamonds and the other is a breath-taking tanzanite and diamond pendant with a gorgeous diamond cut chain. Both pieces were made just for me! The customer service is amazing and I feel like family. They go above and beyond to be sure our jewelry is exactly what we want and at the price we can afford. Only drawback....I wish they were in Colorado. On second thought, maybe not. :)

Many thanks to the owners and the salesperson, Vinny, for making this a great experience. I will be back!

Gemani is a MUST stop for something special!

My family and I visit Aruba every year. We make a day out of visiting the shops in town and have found over the years that one of our favorite things to do is visit Gemani Jewelers. From the Breitling Botique to their signature store you will most certainly find something special that will create a lasting memory. Many of the pieces that we have brought home were designed and made right there and are totally unique. We feel like family when we walk in. This is a must stop if you are in the market for something truly special!

I have been so fortunate to have a relationship with Gemani Aruba. Varsha and Brad have been incredible at helping me find my dream jewelry pieces at fantastic prices and exceptional quality. My jewelry always gets noticed and people constantly stop and ask me about my STUNNINGLY brilliant baubles.

Since the pandemic, we haven’t been able to travel to Aruba this year. However, Brad and Varsha have till made purchasing easy and very fun! My pieces arrived from Gemani quickly and easily. I have also referred friends (that constantly admired my jewelry). They have stopped paying huge department store mark ups and instead opt for a one of kind piece designed by Varsha for a much better value.

Thank you Varsha and Brad for truly valuing customers like me and pairing me up with gorgeous jewels that fit my price range and make my friends swoon.

This was our third store visited to search for the perfect engagement ring. I am ecstatic that we walked though their doors. Our first 2 stores were disappointing and highly discouraging.
We were greeted by Nash who had such a patient and kind disposition. He showed us many options in our price range and then Varsha joined him in giving us more options and expert advice. The entire shopping experience was exactly what it should have been like. There were no high pressure sales tactics used. We made our purchase at our pace. We were informed that evening that the ring was ready for pick up. Nash actually offered to deliver the ring to our hotel if we did not feel like coming back to the store. We politely declined and visited the store the next morning. The finished product fit perfectly and is beautiful in every way.
Once again, even after the sale was made, Nash was so very kind to us. Since it started raining when we were in the store Nash called a cab and stood outside to flag him down. This store has high quality jewelry and an outstanding sales force. I can't wait to return next year to purchase some earrings -- the selection was unique and magnificent!

I have been shopping at Gemani for 20 years and would highly recommend them as the perfect shop for that special piece of jewelry you've been wanting. They are professional, knowledgeable, and skilled at providing you with perfect piece to fit your budget. You will receive the best service both during the purchase and after with great customer service. Nash worked with both my daughter and myself this year to be sure we would thrilled with our purchases. Couldn't recommend Gemani more highly. Everyone at the store is just wonderful.

Excellent Watch Buying Experience

On a recent trip to Aruba I decided to purchase a new watch. In some of the other stores in the island I felt accosted by sales people as soon as I walked into the stores. The team at Gemani made the environment very comfortable and recommended an Omega watch that was arriving the following day. When it arrived they sent me a text with a picture and invited me to come by to look at it. It was exactly what I was looking for and the calue they offered was excellent.

Willing to work with you on what you want and what you can afford. Gemani is a total Class Act and a definite must if you are in the market for high quality and affordable jewelry.

Great Shop and Amazing Staff!

An incredible jewelry shop with so many beautiful pieces. Came to celebrate our 15th anniversary as well as my 40th birthday and walked away with multiple beautiful pieces for an incredible price! Ask for Lucky. He helped us and was so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We came in with our three kids and the staff gave the sodas and they even walked away with some little charms to commemorate their trip as well!

Best jewelry store on the island

My husband and I were in Aruba last month after a 3-year hiatus because of COVID and I returned once again to Gemani downtown and purchased the most beautiful flexible diamond bracelet! Reshma was so wonderful in helping me select the best bracelet within my budget and I was grateful for her patience and advice. Without hesitation, I recommend shopping for jewelry at Gemani. It was also wonderful to see Varsha once again who was extremely helpful in finalizing my purchase.
