Hop on a 4x4 all-terrain vehicle and explore Aruba’s north coast on this half-day guided tour. Get a little dirty as you ride along the rugged back roads, heading to the island’s seaside bluffs and beaches. Plus visit top sights such as the Alto Vista Chapel before taking a refreshing swim in the pool.

We decided to visit on a rainy day thinking this was all indoors--- it is covered by screening, but does not keep out the rain. They had lots of umbrellas for guests to use, as well as some large umbrellas we could gather under, which was more than enough! It was still the perfect activity for a day we couldn't really go to the beach. The butterflies are beautiful and the tour was very informational! Our kids also loved the fish! We will definitely be visiting again before our trip is over.

We had a tour of this gorgeous butterfly sanctuary with Josh, who was very kind and knowledgeable. This place is absolutely worth visiting while in Aruba! I’ve never seen so many butterfly species at once, and I learned a lot! A magical experience!

Well, this place was just awesome. The folks who run it truly have a passion for the butterflies. There are tons of them and they have fresh fruit out for them to eat (the ones who eat fruit - some just eat from the flowers). You can dip your fingers in the fruit which help give you the ability to "catch" butterflies. They land on you and will eat off of your fingers. So much fun, the kids had a blast, and they give you a little tour/tutorial as well with the caterpillar to butterfly story. Great stuff!

The Butterfly Farm has many types of butter flies that are in a protected netted area. Your entry fee ($16/person) includes a guided tour, where you will get to see and learn many cool things about these creatures. It was a very nice calming experience. Taking about calm, if you are interested check out their meditation session hours on Wednesdays. Free parking is available and they have a little shop where you can purchase souvenirs and get a soft drink to enjoy!

Good even for people scared of butterflies (don't wear bright colors if you are). The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She left time for questions, after each bit of her spiel. The shop is grand, and a great gift for kids, friends, etc.
