Great transportation to/from the airport

I have used EL Tours several times for transport to or from the airport. They are really a great alternative to a taxi. Depending on how many others are in the same time slot, you may get a bus or a small van. They have always been on time and get you where you need to go. I have not done any tours with them yet.

We had an awesome time on our UTV tour!

Jordan was our guide and he was awesome from the get go. There were six of us, so we rented three UTV's. We saw awesome sights that you can't see in a car and Jordan was there along the way to take photos and tell us about the island and what we were seeing. There was even enough "danger" to keep our twenty year old kids interested. I can't say enough about what a wonderful time we had. It was for sure one of the highlights of our vacation.

Airport Transfer

Booked online. Very affordable rates to/from the airport. Friendly staff and good communication about pick up for the day we left. Would definitely recommend if you aren't renting a car and only need to get to/from the airport.

When my wife and I arrived at the airport, we were expecting that our ride would be waiting on us after we got through customs. We were greeted by someone when we came out to the main airport lobby area, but we were told to stand outside and wait. After 15 minutes of standing in the heat, I approached the woman who I first spoke with and she told me they were coming and that I could stand inside... I wish she said that in the first place. When we get into the SUX, which was possibly an early 2000s Yahoo or Suburban, we expected the AC to kiss us in the face with nice cool air. Instead, we were welcomed by lukewarm AC and excuses. On the way back to the airport the driver was texting and making calls the entire time we were driving. It made me very uncomfortable.

I am angry that I paid $120 for roundtrip transfer service to be picked up in old beat-up SUVs. I feel that I would have been better off taking a taxi from the airport. I'm confident it would've been a lot cheaper and faster. I urge you all to check with your hotel and ask how much it is to and from the airport by taxi. They have set rates and Im confident they wont be as much as this service or any service they may provide.

Shuttle from the flamingo island.

We waited for the bus to come a little away from the pier which they drop you off on after you’ve been to the island. and when we entered the bus we sat there for about thirty minutes (which is not bad). When we started to drive the driver would go from 32 Mph to a complete stop in seconds. He hit the curb pulling up to the Hyatt. My sister eventually was starting to get sick so we asked for a bucket. After that the driver proceeded to drive worse I assume out of spite. (Also the person in front of me tilted the seat back so my legs were fixed in place). all in all it was a bus ride straight from hell. His tip jar was also empty… I can’t imagine why.

Amazing UTV tour with Jason

El Tours was prompt in our hotel pickup and everyone we met was fantastic, especially Jason who is an incredible guide. He is a wonderful person, knowledgeable, funny, friendly, and so down to earth. We loved that the tour was not rushed, and intimate so we had a plenty of time to explore each stop. I’ve been on other UTV tours before but this by far is the best. Highly recommend El Tours. Thank you Jason and El Tours for memories we will cherish forever!

UTV tour was amazzzzing

The company although small was so accommodating. A quick call to a courteous and attentive Brian Dixon a day before and the reservation was secured. Picked up at the hotel the next day for of UTV'ing in Aruba's north side of the island. What a day. Our guide was fun, informative and took us along some rough terrain but was cautious of our safety at all times. Fun day would highly recommend!

Instead of a taxi

If you don't mind sharing a ride with others this is a great option. You can schedule round trip or just one way. They meet you outside the doors and help you with your luggage to the bus or van. Even if there are a few stops before yours, it's a pretty quick ride. No complaints here.

Great experience with EL Tours

We got two transfers with EL tours and two tours. Very good impressions about this company. Always on time, reliable, great guides with a lot of knowledge, polite, ready to answer all quastions. We had Ure for one tour and Jason for another tour. Great experience with both guides. Highly recommend this company

From Airport to Resort

Courteous service. There agent was right outside of customs to show you where to meet up with the bus. Loaded our luggage. The AC was on in the bus and felt awesome. On time and easy to deal with. Didn't disappoint in any way.
