This is the most economical option and is highly recommended, since it is a very punctual and comfortable service. The only way is to make a reservation in advance since there is no option to take this transportation outside the airport. When you make your reservation online, be sure to write to the telephone number that appears on the reservation, indicating your arrival flight, so they will be waiting for you with a sign with the name of the person who made the reservation and the name of the agency, as well as some Two days before your return, write to them informing them of your flight number to specify the pick-up time at the hotel.

We had the pleasure of having Peter as our driver and guide yesterday. I appreciated that it was a highlight tour of Aruba and only took about 3 and a 1/2 hours. We didn't spend a lot of time in each location. But enough time to feel comfortable that we knew the history and the stories behind each site. Peter was fabulous, and at every stop, he gave us tips and tricks and even some warnings on some places such as the rock formations. Peter was ready, willing enabled to answer all of our questions and do everything he could to make us feel comfortable in welcome. Well, so appreciated the cooler of cold water that was available for everybody. Add to that having an air condition. Transport made all the different world. We would highly recommend El tours and Peter for anyone looking to do such an excursion.

We did the jeep tour to the caves and baby beach with Jason. The tour was amazing and baby beach was breathtaking. However, the best part of the tour was jason who made it so fun with his high energy. My kids continue to rave about Jason as their favorite part of their aruba trip.

When my wife and I arrived at the airport, we were expecting that our ride would be waiting on us after we got through customs. We were greeted by someone when we came out to the main airport lobby area, but we were told to stand outside and wait. After 15 minutes of standing in the heat, I approached the woman who I first spoke with and she told me they were coming and that I could stand inside... I wish she said that in the first place. When we get into the SUX, which was possibly an early 2000s Yahoo or Suburban, we expected the AC to kiss us in the face with nice cool air. Instead, we were welcomed by lukewarm AC and excuses. On the way back to the airport the driver was texting and making calls the entire time we were driving. It made me very uncomfortable.
I am angry that I paid $120 for roundtrip transfer service to be picked up in old beat-up SUVs. I feel that I would have been better off taking a taxi from the airport. I'm confident it would've been a lot cheaper and faster. I urge you all to check with your hotel and ask how much it is to and from the airport by taxi. They have set rates and Im confident they wont be as much as this service or any service they may provide.

We waited for the bus to come a little away from the pier which they drop you off on after you’ve been to the island. and when we entered the bus we sat there for about thirty minutes (which is not bad). When we started to drive the driver would go from 32 Mph to a complete stop in seconds. He hit the curb pulling up to the Hyatt. My sister eventually was starting to get sick so we asked for a bucket. After that the driver proceeded to drive worse I assume out of spite. (Also the person in front of me tilted the seat back so my legs were fixed in place). all in all it was a bus ride straight from hell. His tip jar was also empty… I can’t imagine why.

I have used EL Tours several times for transport to or from the airport. They are really a great alternative to a taxi. Depending on how many others are in the same time slot, you may get a bus or a small van. They have always been on time and get you where you need to go. I have not done any tours with them yet.

Lovely chap waiting in arrivals for us to arrive as we only had hand baggage had cleared arrivals before he arrived. the problem was their online system to arrange a return resulting in a live chat to confirm pickup as their online system isn't very sofisiticated enough yet. However we were picked up & arrived at Queen Beatrix airport in a timely manner !

Jordan was our guide and he was awesome from the get go. There were six of us, so we rented three UTV's. We saw awesome sights that you can't see in a car and Jordan was there along the way to take photos and tell us about the island and what we were seeing. There was even enough "danger" to keep our twenty year old kids interested. I can't say enough about what a wonderful time we had. It was for sure one of the highlights of our vacation.

Booked online. Very affordable rates to/from the airport. Friendly staff and good communication about pick up for the day we left. Would definitely recommend if you aren't renting a car and only need to get to/from the airport.

El Tours was prompt in our hotel pickup and everyone we met was fantastic, especially Jason who is an incredible guide. He is a wonderful person, knowledgeable, funny, friendly, and so down to earth. We loved that the tour was not rushed, and intimate so we had a plenty of time to explore each stop. I’ve been on other UTV tours before but this by far is the best. Highly recommend El Tours. Thank you Jason and El Tours for memories we will cherish forever!

I don’t have their itineraries but if you book ahead many have several tours per day. I believe the animal sanctuaries tour had four at that time. Have fun! I’d be at the beach and in the water the entire time, that’s the best site! It’s a very small desert island. There are beer factory tours, aloe vera product/manufacturing tours, the animal sanctuaries, & of course scuba diving and snorkeling, but what most come for is the clear, warm turquoise water and white sand beaches!

I noticed some ATV/UTV tours mention going to caves as well as natural pools. Are these caves in Arikok Park? If so are the tours that don't mention the caves so strict that they wont go to them or can you ask the tour guide to bring you there?

Vehicle types assigned will always be large enough to accommodate all reserved passengers comfortably.

Our cruise aboard the Carnival Sunshine arrives around 1 P.M. on 3/8/16. How long is the bus tour and where are the shopping areas? Does the bus stop at places where you can shop for T-shirts,souvineers liq,etc?

We have a 3½ hour and a 4½ hour bus tour.
The main shopping area is right outside the cruse terminal.
You can ask the tour guide to be dropped off in this shopping area at the end of the tour. From there it is a short walk back to your ship.
